Flexineb C2 Firmware Update Instructions

Step 1:

Connect the supplied USB cable to the C2 controller and a Windows PC or Laptop as shown.

Step 2:

Go to the www.flexineb.com website, click on the Support tab, then select Firmware Update.

Step 3:

Click on the "Download (Windows)" button.

Step 4:

An executable file will download to the bottom left corner of your PC.

Step 5:

Click on the [arrow] icon next to the downloaded file and then select "Open".

Step 6:

Windows Defender SmartScreen may display a warning stating that the app is unrecognized. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to proceed.

Step 7:

The Flexineb C2 Programmer Utility will open. It will search for your C2 unit before proceeding to the Update function. Click on "Update".

Step 8:
