Installation Steps

Step 1: Positioning and Installing the Wall Fixed Clip

Start by positioning the fixed clip against the wall, aligning the floor/base surface at a distance of 9.84 inches above the center (based on the glass opening), and mark it with a marker pen. Use a 1/4" drill bit to create holes for marking points, with a diameter of 1/4". Insert the wall plug into the drilled holes, ensuring the plug's end is flush with the wall surface. Secure the wall fixed clip using screws. Ensure they are tightened securely to maintain stability.

Step 2: Installation Sequence of Fixed Glass Accessories

This step involves attaching accessories to the fixed glass. It shows the sequence of attaching components like glass fixing components (NO:A), circular tube guide rail (NO:B), left wall cover (NO:E), H-shaped strip (NO:F), and fixed glass (NO:M) to the main shower structure.

Step 3: Installation of the Lower Water Stop Bar

Begin by placing the lower water stop bar on the floor/base surface. Install each fixing part separately at both ends, and mark the positions using a marker pen. Use a 1/4" drill bit to create holes for the marked points, with a diameter of 1/4". Insert wall plugs into the holes, then secure the lower water stop bar with screws (NO:I) and cover them with decorative caps.

Step 4: Installation Sequence of Circular Tube Guide Rails for the Room Body

This step details the installation of the circular tube guide rails (NO:B) and associated components (NO:P, NO:R) onto the shower enclosure structure. It shows the process of attaching the rails and wall entry plugs.

Step 5: Assembly of Door Glass Accessories

This step focuses on assembling accessories onto the door glass. It shows the installation of water blocking strips (NO:C), pulleys (NO:D), H-shaped strip (NO:F), and the handle (NO:G) onto the door glass (NO:H).

Step 6: Hanging Door Glass and Installing Anti-Detachment Pulley

This step illustrates hanging the door glass onto the installed guide rails and installing the second set of pulleys (NO:D). It shows the process of securing the door glass with the pulleys.

Step 7: Debugging the Door Glass

Use a hexagonal wrench to rotate the eccentric circular disc of the pulley. Adjust the upper and lower pulleys to the appropriate balance point (vertical state) and ensure that they are positioned correctly on the circular tube guide rail. This is primarily to prevent improper use and to serve as a means of preventing detachment. The door glass is considered qualified when it is in a vertical state without shaking.
