Device Overview
The device is a rectangular unit featuring two rocker buttons on the top surface. An indicator light is located in the center, and a slot is present at the bottom.
Button Functions:
- Long Press (10 seconds): Connect to Network (for pairing with a Hub).
- Press 5 times: Effective Range Test / Identify Device.
- (Single Press, Double Press): Used to control connected devices as configured in the Aqara app.
Quick Setup
To set up your Aqara Wireless Remote Switch T1:
- Add your Aqara Hub to the Aqara app following the Hub's Quick Start Guide.
- Open the Aqara app, navigate to the "Home" tab, and tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to enter the "Add Device (Accessory)" page.
- Select "Wireless Remote Switch T1 (Double Rocker)" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

Troubleshooting: If the connection fails, please move the remote switch closer to the Hub and try again.
Installation
Effective Range Test: Before final installation, press the reset button (the button used for pairing) 5 times on the device at your desired location. If the Hub makes voice prompts, it confirms that the device can communicate effectively with the Hub.
Tip: Avoid placing the switch on metal surfaces to maximize signal strength.

Place the switch directly on the desired surface. - Option 2: Adhesive Mounting
Remove the protective film from the back of the switch and firmly stick it to the desired position. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.
