ACPlus® Whitelist Security Overview
This document provides instructions on whitelisting the IP Address and Domain Name System (DNS) of the ACPlus® application, detailing the specific components that require inclusion in the whitelist. It aims to effectively resolve any blocking-related issues by proactively implementing appropriate whitelisting measures.

2. HOW TO WHITELIST APPLICATION: A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Add To Whitelist:
- Locate the whitelisting settings or security section where you can manage trusted applications. Depending on the platform, this may be in an antivirus program, firewall, application control settings, or system-wide security options.
Allow the App, DNS, IP, and Port:
Add the following information to the whitelist:
- App: Add the Bundle IDs of the app. [Permit]
- DNS: Add domain names to the whitelist. [Permit]
- IP Address: Add the IP address. [Permit]
- ELB: Add the Elastic Load Balancer. [Permit]
- Port Number: Add the port number(s). i.e. (443,80). [Permit]
Save and Apply Changes:
- After adding the IP, DNS, and APP to the whitelist, save your changes and apply them.
