Troubleshooting Guide

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the product:

1. Unplug the machine.
2. Run your hand along the entire length of the power cord.
1. The cord should be smooth.
3. Check the plug for damage.
4. If either the cord or plug are damaged.

Test outlet:

1. Plug in a cell phone charger or small appliance.
2. If there is no power to the outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room.
1. Reset the circuit breaker if needed.

Führen Sie folgende Schritte zur Fehlersuche durch:

1. Ziehen Sie den Stecker des Geräts (Unplug the device).
2. Fahren Sie mit der Hand am gesamten Netzkabel entlang (Run your hand along the entire length of the power cord).

Steckdose prüfen (Check outlet):

1. Schließen Sie ein Handy-Ladegerät oder ein kleines Gerät an (Connect a cell phone charger or a small device).
2. Wenn die Steckdose keinen Strom liefert > Testen Sie eine andere Steckdose in einem anderen Raum (If the outlet does not supply power > Test another outlet in another room).
1. Schalten Sie ggf. den Schutzschalter aus (Turn off the circuit breaker if necessary).
