02 Base Connection Ports

The rear panel of the R12 features several connection ports:

04 Base Installation Guide

1. Attach the base to a mounting bracket using the 4 screw holes on the bottom.
2. Connect the power connector and Type-B USB connector to the corresponding ports on the rear of the R12. Plug the PSU into a power socket and connect the Type-A USB connector to the PC.
3. Short press the power button on the rear of the base to turn it on.
4. Download and install the latest version of the MOZA Pit House software from the Help Center of the MOZA Racing official website (www.mozaracing.com) to begin your racing journey.

05 Desk Clamp Installation Guide

To install using the desk clamp:

1. Align the 4 holes on the base with the mounting holes on the clamp.
2. Use the 4 supplied screws to attach the base securely to the clamp.
3. Place the clamp and base onto the desk.
4. Fully tighten the knobs on the clamp until the base is secure and prevents movement during use.

• Keep the indoor temperature between 15°C ~ 35°C for optimal performance.

08 Software Introduction

The MOZA Pit House software allows you to manage your MOZA Racing ecosystem. On the main page, you can view the working status of each connected device, set the wheelbase parameters (such as angle, force feedback, pedals, steering wheels, and digital dashes), and quickly start your games.

Key Software Features Described:

• Device Management: View and manage connected devices like the R12 Wheel Base, FSR Steering Wheel, Pedals, Shifter, Handbrake, and Digital Dash. Allows firmware updates.
• Basic Settings: Offers one-click presets for different driving modes (Formula 1, GT, Karting, Rally, Drift, Performance). Allows adjustment of Game Force Feedback Intensity, Maximum Steering Angle, Maximum Wheel Speed, Road Sensitivity, and Wheel Spring Strength.
• FFB Effect Equalizer: Provides advanced tuning of the Force Feedback (FFB) effects spectrum. Users can customize effects like Operating Wheel, Body Bumps, Kerb Effects (at various speeds), ABS Vibration, Grass Effects, and Sand Effects across different frequencies (0Hz to 100Hz).
• Steering Wheel Settings: Full customization of shift indicator LEDs is available, including timing, color, and shift modes. Brightness can also be adjusted.
• Pedal Output Curves: Offers a range of pedal output curves for Clutch, Brake, and Throttle to cater to individual preferences. Users can calibrate pedals and set pressure points.

The software facilitates easy setup for both beginners and professional drivers, enabling advanced tuning for any track condition.

Product Warranty Regulations

Warranty Period:

The main unit, steering wheel, pedals, and instrument display are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The device casing, manual, cables, screws, wrench, and packaging are not included in the "one-year free warranty service" but may be available for paid service.

Purchasers will not receive free warranty service under the following conditions, but may opt for paid service:

1. Exceeding the validity period of the three-guarantee policy.
2. Lack of a three-guarantee certificate and valid invoice, unless it can be proven that the product is within the three-guarantee period.
3. The model number on the repair certificate does not match or has been altered from the product model.
4. Damage caused by disassembly by non-company authorized maintenance personnel.
5. Damage caused by force majeure.
6. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or service the product according to the user manual requirements.
