04 Base Installation Guide

  1. Attach the base to a mounting bracket using the 4 screw holes on the bottom.
  2. Connect the power connector and Type-B USB connector to the corresponding ports on the rear of the R12. Plug the PSU into a power socket and connect the Type-A USB connector to the PC.
  3. Short press the power button on the rear of the base to turn it on.
  4. Download and install the latest version of the MOZA Pit House software from the Help Center of the MOZA Racing official website (www.mozaracing.com) to begin your racing journey.

05 Desk Clamp Installation Guide

To install using the desk clamp:

  1. Align the 4 holes on the base with the mounting holes on the clamp.
  2. Use the 4 supplied screws to attach the base securely to the clamp.
  3. Place the clamp and base onto the desk.
  4. Fully tighten the knobs on the clamp until the base is secure and prevents movement during use.

The MOZA Pit House software allows you to manage your MOZA Racing ecosystem. On the main page, you can view the working status of each connected device, set the wheelbase parameters (such as angle, force feedback, pedals, steering wheels, and digital dashes), and quickly start your games.

Product Warranty Regulations

Warranty Period:

The main unit, steering wheel, pedals, and instrument display are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The device casing, manual, cables, screws, wrench, and packaging are not included in the "one-year free warranty service" but may be available for paid service.

Purchasers will not receive free warranty service under the following conditions, but may opt for paid service:

  1. Exceeding the validity period of the three-guarantee policy.
  2. Lack of a three-guarantee certificate and valid invoice, unless it can be proven that the product is within the three-guarantee period.
  3. The model number on the repair certificate does not match or has been altered from the product model.
  4. Damage caused by disassembly by non-company authorized maintenance personnel.
  5. Damage caused by force majeure.
  6. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or service the product according to the user manual requirements.
