Power On
Smart Power On
To switch the earbuds on, simply open the lid of the charging case (when earbuds are inside). boAt's IWP™ (Insta Wake N' Pair) Technology enables the earbuds to power on automatically, connect, and enter connection mode.
Manual Power On
Long touch the Capacitive Touch Control (CTC) on both earbuds for 3 seconds to manually power on the earbuds.
Both earbuds will automatically pair with each other and enter Connection Mode, indicated by white LED flashes.
Connection Mode
Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.
Search for 'Airdopes Flex 454 ANC' and pair accordingly.
Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected successfully via Bluetooth.
Notes:
- Pairing mode lasts for 5 minutes. If the pairing time is missed, reconnect the earbuds and follow the procedure again.
- Airdopes Flex 454 ANC remembers previously connected devices. Once switched on, the earbuds automatically reconnect to the previously connected devices within working range.
Quick Guide on Functionalities
Touch Controls (CTC)
Manual Power On: Long touch both CTCs for 3 seconds.
ANC Modes: Long touch the right CTC for 3 seconds to toggle ANC OFF/Ambient/ANC ON modes.
BEAST™ Mode: Tap the left CTC 3 times to turn BEAST™ (gaming) mode on/off.
Manual Power Off: Long touch both CTCs for 5 seconds.
Factory Reset: Long press the Reset Button on the case for 10 seconds.
Basic Functions
- Ambient Mode, ANC, and Normal Modes: Long touch the right CTC for 3 seconds to switch among Ambient mode, ANC mode, and Normal mode. Ambient mode provides transparency to audible surroundings. ANC mode cancels external noise for immersive listening. The default mode is ANC OFF (Normal Mode). The order of change is: ANC OFF (Normal mode) → Ambient Mode → ANC Mode.
- Answer Call: Single tap the CTC on either earbud.
- Hang Up/Reject Calls: Double tap the CTC on either earbud.
- Play/Pause Music: Simply plug the earbuds into your ears to start playback; remove them to pause music. Alternatively, single tap the CTC on either earbud to play or pause a track.
- Next Track: When playing music, double tap the right CTC.
- Previous Track: When playing music, double tap the left CTC.
BEAST™ Mode
Triple tap the left CTC to switch to Low Latency mode, also known as BEAST™ Mode. A sound prompt notifies when it's switched on. Triple tap the left CTC again to turn it off and return to Music Mode.
Made for Gamers, by Gamers, BEAST™ Mode significantly reduces latency and improves the overall gaming experience.
AI ENx™ Tech
The ENx™ tech algorithm cancels background noise for crystal clear voice calls. ENx™ is activated by default as the mics are equipped with it.

Single Earbud Usage
Both earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use Smart Power On or Manual Power On for the desired earbud.
The selected earbud will automatically enter connection mode.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for 'Airdopes Flex 454 ANC' to connect.
Notes:
- To switch to Stereo mode, take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, enabling Stereo usage.
Charging the Earbuds
Insert the earbuds back inside the charging case in the correct orientation.
Note:
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds. Keep the charging case lid closed while charging.
Charging the Case
To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, wall adapter, or power bank.
Case LED Indication (Charging State)

Earbuds Battery LED Indication (When inserting into case)
This indicates TWS is charging from the case (when lid is closed):
- If either earbud is charging: Purple LED blinks for 5 seconds.
- If both earbuds are fully charged: Blue LED for 5 seconds.
Case LED Indication (When opening lid)
- Low Battery: White blinks (3 times) when the case lid gets opened.
- Min 30%-100%: Solid white LED (3 seconds) when the case lid gets opened.
- Normal (Non-Charging) State: Red LED blinks 3 times upon opening the case lid.
- Normal (Non-Charging) State: White LED blinks 3 times upon opening the case lid.
- Normal (Non-Charging) State: Green LED blinks 3 times upon opening the case lid.
Multi-Point Connectivity
Airdopes Flex 454 offers multi-point connectivity, allowing connection to two devices simultaneously.
- Connect the earphones to one device.
- Switch off both the earphones and the device's Bluetooth.
- Connect the earphones to the second device.
- Switch the first device's Bluetooth back on. The earphones will connect to both devices.
Smart Power Off
- After usage, remove both earbuds from your ears.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case in the correct orientation and close the lid. The earbuds automatically switch off and enter charging mode.
Manual Power Off
- Long touch both CTCs for 5 seconds to manually power off the earbuds.
- Once powered off, place them back inside the case and close the lid.
Factory Reset
Perform a Factory Reset if you encounter any operating difficulties.
Note: Before resetting, clear "Airdopes Flex 454 ANC" from your pairing device history by "forgetting" the device.
- Place the earbuds inside the case.
- While the earbuds are inside, long press the Reset Button for 10 seconds.
After successful factory reset:
- Red LED blinks quickly 5 times on the Charging Case.
- White LED blinks quickly 5 times on the Earbuds.
- Close the lid and reopen it after a few seconds.
- Perform a fresh connection attempt.
Congratulations! Your Airdopes Flex 454 ANC has been reset.

Warning
- Please follow the instructions to operate.
- Do not use the earbuds in extreme temperatures.
- Do not use the product near water.
- Keep the product away from heat sources, as heat may damage it.
- Do not jam ports such as the charger port, LED port, etc.
- It is recommended to use the product below maximum volume to protect hearing and extend earbud service life.
Advisable:
The earbuds may start at 100% volume. It may need to be reduced when switched on initially. This can be done using the volume control on the media device.
Troubleshooting
