Appendix II: Radiated RF Measurement Setup Photographs
This appendix presents photographic evidence of the radiated radio frequency (RF) measurement setups used for testing the DCT2S WIFI+BT Module.
Radiated RF Measurement Setup (30MHz ~ 1 GHz)
Description: This setup features a laboratory environment with a wooden table. A laptop is connected to testing equipment, which is placed on a metal surface. Cables are visible, indicating the connection between components in a designated testing facility.
Radiated RF Measurement Setup (Below 1 GHz)
Description: The measurement takes place within a shielded anechoic chamber. A central concrete platform supports the device under test. A measurement antenna is positioned above the device, approximately at a height of 40cm. The chamber's interior walls are covered with RF absorbing materials to minimize reflections.
Radiated RF Measurement Setup (Below 30MHz)
Description: This configuration also utilizes a shielded anechoic chamber with RF absorbing wall treatments. A device is placed on a platform, with a measurement antenna positioned above it, similar to the previous setup, for testing frequencies below 30MHz.
Radiated RF Measurement Setup (Above 1G – X axis)
Description: A detailed view of the device under test, mounted on a non-conductive platform inside an anechoic chamber. The device is connected via cables. The measurement antenna is positioned directly above the device, at a height of approximately 40cm. This specific test orientation is along the X-axis.
Radiated RF Measurement Setup (Above 1G – Y axis)
Description: This image captures the device under test situated on its platform within the anechoic chamber. The measurement antenna is positioned above the device, at an approximate height of 40cm. The testing configuration is oriented along the Y-axis.
Radiated RF Measurement Setup (Above 1G – Z axis)
Description: The final setup image shows the device under test on its platform inside the anechoic chamber. The measurement antenna is positioned above the device, at an approximate height of 40cm. The testing configuration is oriented along the Z-axis.
