Xilence LiQuRizer Installation Manual

This manual provides instructions for installing the Xilence LiQuRizer CPU cooler.

Components List

The following components are included:

  1. LGA1700 Backplate
  2. Intel Bracket
  3. AMD Bracket
  4. Tightening Nut
  5. LGA1700 Standoff
  6. LGA1200/115X Standoff
  7. AMD Standoff
  8. Insulation Washer
  9. Intel LGA2066/11 Standoff
  10. Thermal Grease
  11. Radiator Mounting Screws
  12. Fan Mounting Screws

AMD Bracket Mounting

Align the arrows on the bracket and the pump base, turn the bracket clockwise to secure it to the pump base.

AMD AM4/AM5 Installation

  1. Remove the original retention frame from the motherboard, but keep the backplate.
  2. Thread the AM4 standoffs onto the backplate. (If you have a plastic insulator, place it between the motherboard and the metal standoffs.)
  3. Clean the CPU surface and apply a thin layer of thermal grease onto the CPU.
  4. Place the pump onto the CPU. Secure the block using the tightening nuts.

INTEL Bracket & Backplate

Diagrams show the different mounting points for Intel sockets:

Illustrations show the outside view for LGA1700 and the inside view for LGA1200/115X.

INTEL Bracket Mounting

Align the arrows on the bracket and the pump base, turn the bracket clockwise to secure it to the pump base. The INTEL bracket is universal for LGA2066/2011/1700/1200/115X.

INTEL LGA2066/2011 Installation

  1. Thread the LGA2066/2011 standoff into the mounting holes on the mainboard.
  2. Clean the CPU surface and apply a thin layer of thermal grease onto the surface.
  3. Place the pump onto the CPU. Secure the block using the tightening nuts.

INTEL LGA1700 Installation

  1. Push the screws on the backplate to the outside and then put the backplate from the back of the motherboard and insert the long screws through the motherboard.
  2. Place the LGA1700 standoff onto the long screws of the backplate.
  3. Clean the CPU surface and apply a thin layer of thermal grease onto the CPU.
  4. Place the pump onto the CPU. Secure the block using the tightening nuts.

INTEL LGA1200/115X Installation

  1. Push the screws on the backplate to the inside and then put the backplate from the back of the motherboard and insert the long screws through the motherboard.
  2. Place the LGA1200/115X standoff onto the long screws of the backplate.
  3. Clean the CPU surface and apply a thin layer of thermal grease onto the CPU.
  4. Place the pump onto the CPU. Secure the block using the tightening nuts.

Radiator/Fan Mounting

Use the fan mounting screws to secure the fan(s) onto the radiator. Use the radiator mounting screws to secure the radiator to the case panel.

ARGB Version | RGB Connection

Connect the fans' RGB header to the RGB splitter wire. Ensure the pins with arrows align.

RGB Lighting Control:

Motherboard ARGB Control

For motherboard ARGB control, connect the fan ARGB 3-pin cable to the 5V ARGB header on the motherboard. Download the compatible RGB Sync software from the motherboard manufacturer's website to control the ARGB lighting.
