2. Installation Steps
Step 1: Install top plate and luggage holder
The product's top plate is wide at the front and narrow at the back, designed to follow the curvature of the vehicle body. Install the two luggage holders at both ends of the top plate, aligning them with the mounting holes in the installation direction shown in the figure.

Step 2: Install the left and right door frames
Install the left and right door frames onto the top plate according to the corresponding screw holes.

Step 3: Install the fixed base plate above the left and right door frames.
After the fixed base plate is installed, use sealant to glue each screw. Finally, fix with M6 nuts.

Step 4: Install front and rear door frames
Install the front and rear door frames in the designated hole positions, paying attention to the front and rear directions. Secure using M8 type screws and nuts. When the installation is complete, the assembly will resemble the final image.

Step 5: Install a type B rubber strip on the bottom of the canopy.
When the main body installation is complete, apply a type B rubber strip along the bottom edge of the canopy. The blue area in the figure indicates the application area.

Step 6: Glue sealing is carried out in the splicing part of the main body of the product
The front and rear frames and the side frame splicing parts of the top plate are bonded using seam tape on both sides. After bonding, apply glue to seal the splicing. Once the glue is applied, use auxiliary tools to smooth the glue and remove the seam tape.

Step 7: The product is assembled and installed on the car.
Secure the canopy to the vehicle using original bore and auxiliary snaps for non-destructive installation. Install using snap-on brackets and fix with M8 type screws and anti-release nuts.
