Before using your new product, please read these instructions to prevent any damage.

Connecting Devices

The front panel of the Rocketfish RF-G1480 HDMI switch features input indicator LEDs and a SELECT/POWER button. The back panel displays the DC 5V power input port, one HDMI output port, and three HDMI input ports, along with a fourth input labeled 'INPUT4'.

1. Connect up to three HDMI cables and one USB-C cable from your source devices to the switch's INPUT ports.

2. Connect an HDMI cable* from your TV (or projector) to the switch's OUTPUT port.

*Note: To fully support 4K resolution, connect the input and output channels using HDMI PREMIUM certified cables (within 9.8 ft. (3 m)).

Connecting Power

3. Connect the power adapter from the DC 5V port to a power outlet. The power LED (?) and an input LED light up.

A diagram illustrates connecting multiple source devices to the HDMI switch. A Blu-ray player, game console, and streaming device are shown connected via HDMI cables to INPUT1, INPUT2, and INPUT3 respectively. A USB-C device is shown connected to the USB-C input. The switch's OUTPUT port is connected via an HDMI cable to a TV or projector. The power adapter is connected to the DC 5V port.

Notes:

Setting Up the Auto Switch Function

The auto switch function setting is on by default.

You can turn the auto switch function off or back on by pressing and holding the SELECT/POWER button on the top of your switch for three seconds while the switch is turned off.

Note: Some devices don't output an on/off detection signal to activate the auto switch function on your switch. If this causes signal confusion, turn off the auto switch function.

Replacing the Remote Battery

To replace the remote battery, locate the battery tray on the remote. Push the tab on the tray and pull it out. Remove the old CR2025 battery and insert a new one with the positive (+) side facing up. Slide the tray back into the remote until it clicks.
