SafeWaze ToolCuffs are designed and engineered to properly manage a falling object in the weight classification they are specifically rated to. Each item has been tested in accordance with the strict ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 requirements.

  1. Anchor Point: The secure point where the tool tether is attached.
  2. Attachment: The component that connects to the tool itself.
  3. Tether: The connecting line between the tool attachment and the anchor point.

Sample Connection Options

For 1 lb. Tools

Tool Attachment Options: SW400 (D-Ring), SW423 (1" Tool Tape), SW426 (Small Ring), SW428 (Large Ring).

Tool Tether Options: SW437 (1 lb. Retractable Tool Tether), SW414 (2 lb. Coil Tool Tether).

Example Combinations:

  • Tool (e.g., pliers) + SW400/SW423/SW426/SW428 + SW437/SW414 = Secured 1 lb. Tool.

For 2 lb. Tools

Tool Attachment Options: SW400 (D-Ring), SW422 (2" Tool Tape), SW426 (Small Ring), SW428 (Large Ring), SW425 (Elasticated Choker), SW408 (Choker).

Tool Tether Options: SW417 (5 lb. Tool Tether - 24"), SW435 (5 lb. Retractable Tool Tether), SW438 (15 lb. Elasticated Tool Tether), SW411 (5 lb. Coil Tool Tether).
