Function Board
The function board is the main control panel of the speaker. It includes various buttons and ports for operation.
Function Board Controls
- Volume Down / Previous Program: Press to decrease volume; long press to go to the previous track.
- LED Light: Press to turn the LED light on/off; long press to turn the LED light off.
- Mode Switch / TWS: Press to cycle through playback modes (Bluetooth, FM, AUX IN, USB, TF card); long press to initiate TWS pairing.
- Battery Indicator: Displays the current battery status.
- Bass Boost: Activates the bass boost feature for enhanced low frequencies.
- Play/Pause / Scan / Delete / Play Recording / Disconnect Bluetooth: Controls playback (play/pause music); long press to scan for FM radio channels; long press to delete recorded files; long press to play recorded files; long press to disconnect the current Bluetooth connection.
- Power On/Off: Long press to turn the unit on or off.
- Function Indicator: Blinks during Bluetooth pairing, becomes solid when connected; blinks during music playback.
- Volume Up / Next Program: Press to increase volume; long press to go to the next track.

Indicators
- Charging Indicator: A red light indicates the speaker is charging; a green light indicates it is fully charged.
Machine Operation
How to Turn On/Off the Machine
To turn the speaker on, press the "Power" switch located on the function board. To turn it off, press the "Power" switch again.
How to Charge the Machine
Connect the provided charger plug into the speaker's DC5V/A Charging Cable Input and then into a polarized outlet. Ensure the speaker is fully charged before its first use. The charging indicator light will turn red while charging.
Microphone Operation
How to Turn the Microphones On
Install two AA batteries into each wireless microphone. To turn on a microphone, long press the power button on its handle. The microphones will automatically connect to the machine. The microphone display will blink slowly if it is not paired with the machine, stop blinking and show a constant light state when successfully paired, and blink rapidly when the battery is low.
How to Adjust the Microphone Volume
To adjust the volume of the microphones relative to the music, use the Volume +/- knob on the remote control.
Recording
To record audio: Insert a suitable recording device (MicroSD card or USB drive) into the corresponding port on the function board. Ensure the microphone is turned on. Press the 'REC' button on the remote control. Speak or sing into the microphone. Press 'REC' again to stop recording. To listen to the recorded audio, remove and then reinsert the USB or MicroSD recording device; playback will begin automatically.
Music Playback
How to Set Up Playback
Your speaker supports six different playback options: Bluetooth, SD, AUX, PA, TWS, and USB. Refer to the following subsections for setup methods.
How to Connect to Bluetooth
To play music from your device via Bluetooth: Press the 'Mode' button on the function board until the function indicator starts to blink, indicating Bluetooth mode. On your device, search for the machine name "JYX" in your Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.
How to Use SD Mode
To play music from an SD card: Plug your MicroSD card into the MicroSD Slot on the function board. The music stored on the card will begin playing automatically. (MicroSD cards with storage capacity less than 64GB are recommended).
How to Start AUX Mode
To play music from an AUX-compatible device: Plug one end of the AUX cable into the AUX Input on the function board to activate AUX mode. Plug the other end into the designated audio output on your device and play music as usual.
How to Start USB Mode
To play music from a USB drive: Plug your USB drive into the USB Port on the function board. The music stored on the USB drive will begin playing automatically.
How to Use PA Mode
When no music is playing, the speaker automatically enters PA (Public Address) Mode. Simply turn on the microphones to use them for announcements or performances.
How to Use Multiple Playback Modes
To switch between different playback modes, activate each mode as described above, then press the 'Mode' button to cycle through the available inputs.
How to Set Up TWS
To use TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode, two D16 speakers are required. Ensure both speakers are turned on. Long press the 'Mode' button on either speaker to pair them. Once paired, follow the Bluetooth connection instructions to connect your device. You can then play music through both speakers simultaneously. Long press the 'Mode' button again on either speaker to disconnect TWS. The effective connection distance for TWS is five meters.

Maintenance
How to Clean
Turn off the machine and microphones, and unplug all wires. Gently wipe the exterior of the machine with a clean, dry cloth. Ensure all vents, buttons, and openings are kept free of lint and dirt. Do not immerse the machine in water or use any harsh cleaning agents.
How to Store
Charge the machine so it is ready for your next use. Ensure the machine is clean and dry. Gently secure the unplugged cord with an appropriate fastener, avoiding wrapping it around the machine. Store the machine in a cool, dry place away from damaging elements. For best results, clean and store the machine after each use.
How to Transport
Unplug all wires. Extend the handle on the machine to roll it easily, similar to a suitcase. Place the microphones in a suitable bag and carry them separately.
