★ Before operating the equipment, users must carefully read this manual and strictly adhere to the operating procedures.
★ Laser processing may involve risks. Users should carefully consider whether the object to be processed is suitable for laser operation.
★ Processed objects and emissions must comply with local laws and regulations.
This device uses Class 4 lasers (strong laser radiation), which may cause the following:
⒈ Ignition of surrounding flammable materials;
⒉ During laser processing, different processed objects may produce other radiation, toxic, and harmful gases;
⒊ Direct exposure to laser radiation can cause human injury. The operating area must be equipped with fire-fighting equipment. It is forbidden to stack flammable and explosive materials around the workbench and equipment. Ensure good ventilation.
The equipment environment should be dry, free from pollution, vibration, strong electricity, strong magnetic interference, and other influences. Operating environment temperature: 10-35℃, operating environment humidity: 5-95% (non-condensing).
★ Equipment operating voltage: AC100-240V.
The engraving machine and other related equipment must be safely grounded before powering on.
★ When the equipment is powered on, it must be monitored at all times. Personnel must cut off all power before leaving to prevent abnormal situations. If an abnormality occurs, immediately cut off the power!
It is strictly forbidden to place any irrelevant fully reflective or diffusely reflective objects in the equipment to prevent laser reflection onto people or flammable materials.
The equipment should be kept away from electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference, as it may cause electromagnetic interference.
The laser equipment contains high voltage and other potential hazards. Non-professionals are strictly forbidden to disassemble it.
Attention!
★ Laser Hazard: Do not point the laser at people, animals, or flammable materials after it is turned on to avoid skin burns and fire.
★ Do Not Look Directly at the Light: Laser brightness is harmful to eyes. Try not to look directly at the laser.
★ Do Not Reach In: Do not put hands near the machine while it is operating to avoid injury.
★ Turn Off Machine When Not In Use: When the machine is not in use, turn off the machine switch to prevent third-party misuse.

Focus Adjustment
Adjusting the focus is crucial for optimal engraving results.
Rotate the laser head left or right to make the focus spot as small as possible. The smaller the spot, the higher the precision and better the engraving effect.
The optimal engraving distance is 3.5-6cm.
The laser head should be 3.5-6 cm from the surface of the object to be engraved.
For objects of different heights, the laser head focus must be readjusted.
Visual representation: A diagram shows a laser head above an object to be engraved, with an arrow indicating rotation for focus adjustment and a measurement of 3.5-6cm for optimal distance.
Note: 1. Android users need to use a browser to scan the QR code for download. 2. After successful installation, grant corresponding permissions.

Troubleshooting
1. Machine Not Powering On
No Power: Check the power outlet, switch, and machine power socket to ensure they are properly plugged in and connected.
2. Unable to Connect to Computer
USB Cable Not Connected: Check the USB data cable connection to both the computer and the machine interface to ensure it is properly plugged in. Some desktop computers may require connection to the rear ports.
Driver Not Properly Installed: Follow the operating instructions to complete the driver installation. If the computer recognizes the device as a serial port after installation, it means the hardware connection is OK.
Other Special Circumstances: Unplug the USB data cable and power, completely power off the device for 5 seconds, then reconnect.
3. Mobile APP Unable to Connect to Machine
Wrong Bluetooth Connection: Ensure you are connecting to the Bluetooth emitted by the machine. Refer to the APP connection section of this manual for details.
Compatibility Issues: If the new mobile phone or APP system is too advanced, it may cause connection issues. Contact customer service for quick technical support.
4. Engraving Effect is Too Shallow or No Trace
Incorrect Focus: Refer to the focus adjustment section of this manual. When focusing, use the yellow focus board that comes with the machine. If the focus board is lost, a thin, rough yellow or white cardboard can be used instead. Refocus as needed. For related information, contact online customer service.
Engraving Speed Too Fast: Reduce the engraving speed. Refer to the engraving parameter section for adjustments.
Image Too Shallow: Imported images should be clear, lines should be fine, and colors should not be too light, as this will directly affect the engraving effect.
Engraving Object Placement: If the object to be engraved is tilted, the laser's focal length is fixed, so the object must be placed flat and parallel to the machine body. Otherwise, the focal length will be inaccurate, leading to abnormal engraving effects.
5. Abnormal Stop During Offline Engraving
Incomplete Image Download During Online Connection: Re-download the image.
6. Inaccurate Focus
Refer to the focus adjustment section of this manual. When focusing, use the yellow focus board that comes with the machine. If the focus board is lost, a thin, rough yellow or white cardboard can be used instead. Refocus as needed. For related information, contact online customer service.
