Click the software installation file and follow the prompts to install it. After the installation is complete, you can see the application icon on the computer desktop. 1.2 Uninstall If you want to uninstall the software, you can find the software in the uninstall application on your computer and click Uninstall to uninstall it. 2Settings 2.1 Run the software Click the software icon to open the software. 03 2.2 Set up the matrix Refer to the actual video wall layout and set the corresponding rows and columns. The maximum supported matrix size is 15x15. The following is a preview with rows and columns set to 2. 2.3 Connection Select the port number of the connected serial cable and click "Connect". The way to check the port number: Right-click My Computer->Manage->Device Manager->Port 04 2.4 Configure ID After the connection is successful, the monitor code will be printed on the display screen. Enter the "ID Setting" page of the software and set the ID of monitor. After the connection is successful, the status of each display is as follows. DEF2, ..., DEF5 are the monitor codes corresponding to each monitor. Note that the positions of the monitors are arranged from left to right and from top to bottom. Taking a 2x2 matrix as an example, the position of each screen is shown below. When setting the ID, make sure to fill in the monitor code at the corresponding position. For example, for monitor 1, the monitor code can only be DEF2; for monitor 2, the monitor code can only be DEF3. 05 After the ID is set successfully, the monitor code on the monitor screen disappears automatically. If you still want to view the monitor code, you can click Display->Display Settings->Display Code in the menu bar of the software. If you want to cancel the display, click Undisplay Code. After the ID is set successfully, the monitor is in a controllable state, and you can use the software to perform remote control, picture settings, color calibration, monitor upgrade and other operations. 3Control 3.1 Remote control After the ID is set successfully, the remote control of the toolbar can be operated with one click. Click this button to power on the monitor; Click this button to power off the monitor; Click this button to switch the display to HDMI1; Click this button to switch the display to HDMI2; 06 Click this button to switch the display to HDMI3; Click this button to call out the virtual remote control keyboard and simulate remote control operation. Note: If the device ID is not configured, the remote control will not work. All remote control operations require the monitor to be selected before they can be performed. 3.2 Picture Setting After the ID is set successfully, you can adjust the image-related parameters of the currently selected monitor, including picture mode, backlight, brightness, contrast, and clarity. 07 3.3 Color Clibration After the ID configuration is successful, you can adjust the white balance data of the currently selected monitor to adjust the color difference with other screens. The white field signal required during the white balance adjustment process can be connected externally, or the built-in white field signal can be selected. When the built-in white field signal is selected, Open, the currently selected monitor will display the white field; Close, turn off the white field of the currently selected monitor; Open All, all currently connected monitors will display the white field; Close All, turn off the white field of all currently connected monitors. Users can select different color temperatures to adjust the white balance, and adjust the color difference between screens by modifying the value of RGB Gain. Rest, reset the RGB values of the currently selected monitor at the current channel and current color temperature, and restore to the factory values; Reset All, reset the RGB values of all users of the currently selected 08 monitor, and restore to the factory values. Color Correction Tips: · Restore to factory settings first to ensure consistent brightness and restore RGB values to default values. · Turn on color correction mode and produce white field. · Refer to the following color card overlay rules for debugging. If the picture is yellowish, it means that there are more red and green, and less blue, so you can add some blue. If the picture is purple, it means that there are more red and blue, and less green, so you can add some green. If the picture is cyan, it means that there are more green and blue, and less red, so you can add some red. 3.4 Upgrade 09 Users can use this software to check whether the whole monitor software has a new version. Check the menu bar and select Monitor->Update Monitor, check the version, and determine whether to upgrade. 4New/Open/Save Project Users can create new projects, open existing projects, and save current projects according to their needs. 4.1 New Project If the user wants to reconfigure the project during the configuration process, he can choose to create a new project, restore the software to its initial state, and reconfigure it. 4.2 Open Project 010 For video walls that have been configured, you can open the saved project by clicking [Open Project] when you open the software control again. After the connection is successful, the monitor code will be automatically filled in. After confirmation, you can directly control it. 4.3 Save Project For the currently configured project, the user can save the video wall distribution mode, monitor position, monitor code and other information. When controlling again, you can directly open the saved project and control it directly after confirming that the information is correct. 5Support Through [Support], you can change the software language, check the software version, and view the instructions. 011 012
