Using Your Headphone

Connecting via Bluetooth

  1. Long press the "M" power button for two seconds. The headphone will turn on and enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking red and blue LED light. Your Raycon Bone Conduction Headphones should appear in the list of available devices.
  2. Select "Raycon Bone Conduction Headphones" from the list of available devices. If prompted, confirm the pairing request. The LED indicator on your Raycon Open Headphones will stop blinking, indicating a successful connection. You will hear a voice prompt or tone confirming the successful connection.

Charging Your Device

  1. Connect the Magnetic Charging Cable: Align the magnetic charging cable with the charging pins on the Bone Conduction Headphones. The magnets will help the cable snap into place correctly. The cable will only attach in one direction. If it doesn't snap into place easily, flip the cable and try again.
  2. Plug into a Power Source: Plug the USB end of the charging cable into a USB power source, such as a computer, USB wall adapter, or power bank. Ensure the power source is reliable and functional.
  3. Ensure Proper Connection: Confirm that the magnetic charging cable is securely attached to the device and the USB end is properly connected to the power source. Afterwards, the LED on the headphone will turn solid red. Once fully charged, the LED will turn solid blue.
  4. Charging Duration: Allow the Bone Conduction Headphones to charge for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Note: If the charging contacts become wet, gently dry them with a soft, dry towel. Allow the headphones to air dry at room temperature until no moisture remains. Always ensure the charging port is completely dry before connecting the charging cable. Failure to do so may increase the risk of short circuits, fire, or explosion hazards.

Advanced Features

Multipoint

What is Multipoint?

Multipoint allows you to connect your headphone to up to two devices simultaneously, such as your smartphone, laptop, or tablet - the combinations are endless! This means you can easily switch between devices without having to disconnect and reconnect each time. Once you have paired your Open Headphone with both devices, they will automatically switch to whichever device is playing audio. With Multipoint, you can connect your headphone to both your phone and your laptop, allowing you to easily switch between your workout playlist and work calls without any interruptions.

How do you set up Multipoint?

To use this feature, make sure both devices are within the Bluetooth range and have Bluetooth enabled.

  1. Pair the headphone with your first device (e.g., your smartphone).
  2. Disconnect the headphone from your first device using the Bluetooth settings on the device. The headphone will re-enter Pairing Mode.
  3. Pair the headphone with your second device (e.g., your laptop) via its Bluetooth settings.
  4. Turn off the headphone and wait for 5 seconds to turn it back up.
  5. The headphone will now be able to connect to both of your devices when turned back on.
