A: When using the camera for the first time, be sure to format the microSD card using the formatting function that came with the camera. Also, note that the GA100 camera is compatible with Class 10 U1 and above MicroSD cards with capacities of 16GB-64GB. A: You can download the Live DV app from the Google Store or Apple Store to connect to our cameras via WiFi. Here are the steps to connect:
- Press the "A" key to turn on the WiFi function. The camera will display: SSID: Live DV-332b, Password: 12345678
- Turn off your phone's 4G data, then turn on the WiFi.
- Find the camera's WiFi through your phone and enter the password to connect.
- Open the app and you will see "Connect Camera". Press it and it will be connected.
Once connected, the camera screen will turn off and you can only control the camera from your phone. When you are done, press the "A" button again to turn off the WiFi function.
Q5: Is the remote control waterproof and can it be used underwater?
