One-year Standard Warranty and One-year Extended Warranty
GANIBAY guarantees that within one year of purchase, if there is a quality problem with the product itself, the company will be responsible for free maintenance. An additional one-year warranty is available by contacting GANIBAY.
This warranty does not cover product accessories such as the fabric brush, folding hanger, or measuring cup. Damage or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or any other use not in accordance with the User Manual is not covered.

Important: Please do not return the product to Amazon if there is a quality issue. Instead, please contact the seller first. GANIBAY will provide a refund and exchange for a free unit for product quality problems.
