- Do not stand on the chair or use it as a step ladder. Do not sit on the armrests.
- The chair is designed for one person only.
- Do not use the chair if any part is damaged or if screws are loose or missing.
- Avoid sitting on the edge of the seat. Sit properly to maintain balance and prevent falls.
- Keep small parts out of reach of children.
- This product supports a maximum weight of 150 kg. Do not exceed this limit.
- Ensure the product is fully assembled before use.

Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for assembly:
- Step 1: Insert the casters (h) into the sockets on the five-star chair base (g).
- Step 2: Place the gas lift cylinder (f) into the central hole of the chair base (g).
- Step 3: Attach the tilt and height adjustment mechanism (e) to the underside of the seat cushion (b) using four 6x20 screws (j).
- Step 4: Attach the armrests (c) to the sides of the seat cushion (b) using three 6x35 screws (j).
- Step 5: Place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder (f).
- Step 6: Align the backrest cushion (a) with the mounting points on the seat assembly and slide it into place.
- Step 7: Secure the backrest cushion (a) to the seat assembly using four 8x30 screws (j).
- Step 8 & 9: The backrest may have straps for attaching the headrest or lumbar support. Ensure these are properly secured.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To keep your chair in good condition:
- Clean the chair periodically with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Dry with a clean, soft, dry towel.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemical agents, as they can cause fading or damage.
- Avoid exposing the chair to humidity, water, or other liquids.
- Protect the product from dust, heat sources, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight.
- Shield it from sharp edges and other factors that could cause damage.
- Regularly inspect bolts and screws and tighten them if necessary.
