Troubleshooting
Issue: Pairing and connecting to Bluetooth device fails.
- Ensure your wireless device supports the listed Bluetooth profiles.
- Keep SF-BT013 and your device close (within 1 meter / 3 feet).
- Ensure both SF-BT013 and your device are in pairing mode.
- If pairing fails after rebooting, confirm correct input power is used. The machine supports 5V DC power supply. Avoid fast charging or low-quality power inputs, which may cause undervoltage or overcurrent protection.
Issue: No audio after connecting and pairing.
- Output defaults to AUX priority. If optical output is needed, ensure no external AUX cable is connected to the AUX output port.
- In Optical mode, SF-BT013 supports devices with a sampling rate under 48kHz.
- Ensure your TV audio format is set to PCM (See Fig-1) and TV sound output is set to "External Speakers" (See Fig-2).
