German (DE) After Sales Service Process for Consumers
- For inquiries, please contact the Arzum Customer Service at +49 89 370 40 444.
- Inquiries can also be submitted in any language via email to service@arzum.com.
- Information regarding shipments will be provided by the Service Center.
- Customers should send the product via freight (UPS) to the Service Center. The invoice must accompany the product.
- The repaired product will be shipped back to the customer's address via freight.

- You can also write your requests in any language via email to service@arzum.com.
- Information about the shipment will be shared by the service center.
- The customer sends the product via freight (UPS) to the service center. The invoice must be sent with the product.
- The repaired product will be returned via freight to the customer's address.
