Caution

1. Please remove the protective film before use; otherwise, the headphones will not be able to charge.

Wearing and Fit

Choose suitable ear tips (S, M, L) and wear the earbuds correctly to enhance sound quality and ensure a secure fit. Diagrams illustrate selecting the appropriate ear tip size and properly inserting the earbuds into the ear canal.

Multi-function Operation

Voice Assistant

Activate Siri or other voice assistants by tapping the Left (L) or Right (R) earbud thrice. This function requires the earbuds to be in non-music mode or standby mode.

Incoming Call

• Answer Call: Tap L or R earbud twice.
• End Call: Tap L or R earbud twice.
• Reject Call: Long press L or R earbud for 2 seconds.

Music Mode

• Play or Pause: Tap L or R earbud twice.
• Next Track: Tap R earbud thrice.
• Previous Track: Tap L earbud thrice.
• Volume +: Long press R earbud.
• Volume -: Long press L earbud.

In single earbud mode, the R earbud only supports the next song, and the L earbud only supports the previous song.

How to Charge?

Place the earbuds properly into the charging case and close the lid. Use the included USB-C charging cable to connect the charging case to a power supply using a 5V/1A adapter (not included). The earbuds will begin charging. The USB-C charging cable is provided in the white paper box.

LED Power Display

The charging case features a digital display showing the remaining battery percentage from 0 to 100. '0' indicates the charging case needs charging, while '100' signifies it is fully charged. The earbud charging status is indicated by flashing lights on the earbuds, which stop flashing when fully charged.

Earbud's LED light

When the red light is on, the earbud is being charged. The light turns off when the earbud is fully charged.

Power On/Off & Pairing

Automatically Power On/Off & Pairing

Before first use, or after a long period of disuse, ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Remove the earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. For initial pairing, activate your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for 'A11', and connect.

Note:

• If the earbuds do not connect to your device within 5 minutes, they will automatically power off.
• Placing the earbuds back into the charging case will disconnect them and power them off automatically.

Second Time Use

Once your device and the earbuds have been paired and Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the earbuds will automatically reconnect when you take them out of the charging case.

Pair With Other Devices

The A11 Headphones have a memory connect function that automatically pairs them with the last connected device. To pair with a different device, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect 'A11' from the last paired device. Diagrams show smartphone screens illustrating the 'Disconnect' or 'Forget This Device' option.

2. On your new device, search for and select 'A11' to establish a new connection. Diagrams show smartphone screens guiding the user to turn on Bluetooth and select 'A11' for connection.

Mono Mode (Only Left/Right Earbud is being Used)

You can use a single earbud independently, keeping the other in the charging case. When in Dual mode, place one earbud into the charging case. Alternatively, take one earbud out and search for and connect 'A11' on your device.

Manually Power On/Off

If an earbud is powered off while outside the charging case, press and hold it for 2 seconds to power it on. To power off both earbuds simultaneously, disconnect the Bluetooth connection with your device, then press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds.

Factory Restore Setting

When should I reset?

• When only one side plays music;
• When you cannot find 'A11' on your device;
• When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or encounter connection-related issues.

How to reset?

1. Delete the 'A11' record from your device's Bluetooth menu and deactivate the Bluetooth setting. Diagrams show smartphone screens for disconnecting or forgetting the device.

2. Insert both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.

3. Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds simultaneously to clear the pairing record with the last paired device. A diagram shows the location of the reset button and the action of pressing it.

During this reset period, the LED Power Display will flash 3 times, then get charged again. After resetting, take the A11 earbuds out of the charging case, activate your device's Bluetooth setting, and select 'A11' to connect. It should work properly. If the issue persists, please repeat the steps to try again.

How to sync volume on Android?

To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android's maximum volume for Bluetooth audio devices is limited. If you find the volume too low, access developer options on your Android device and enable 'absolute volume'. This will allow you to maximize the volume according to your preference and the full capabilities of your Bluetooth earphones. (QR code for video tutorial is excluded as per instructions).
