Micsig STO1000 Series Smart Oscilloscope Datasheet
The Micsig STO1000 Series Smart Oscilloscope offers advanced features for efficient signal analysis. It operates on an Android system for rapid operation and features 2/4 channels with 100MHz or 150MHz bandwidth. The oscilloscope boasts a 1 GSa/s real-time sample rate and up to 70Mpts memory depth, with a waveform capture rate of up to 130,000 times/s. It is equipped with an 8-inch industrial LCD with an 800*600 resolution multi-point capacitive touch screen.
Connectivity options include LAN, WiFi, USB2.0, USB Device, HDMI, and Trigger out. The device supports bus trigger and decoding for protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and LIN. Remote control is available via PC software and mobile apps (iOS and Android). It includes 8GB of built-in storage for waveform and video recording and supports an optional lithium battery with up to 5 hours of life.

Trigger coupling options include DC, AC, HF reject, LF reject, and noise reject. The trigger level ranges from the center of the screen.
31 Types of Auto Measurements
Offers 31 automatic measurements, with up to five displayable on-screen simultaneously. These include Period, Frequency, Rise Time, Fall Time, Delay, Duty Cycle, Pulse Width, Burst Width, Overshoot, Phase, Peak to Peak, Amplitude, High, Low, Max, Min, Mean, Cycle Mean, RMS, and Cycle RMS. A 6-bit hardware frequency meter provides high accuracy.
Super Memory Depth
Up to 70Mpts memory depth allows for detailed examination of captured waveforms through zooming.
Hardware High-pass / Low-pass Digital Filtering
Enables filtering of specific frequency bands to eliminate interference and improve signal judgment.
Autoranging
The scope automatically adjusts amplitude and horizontal time base in real-time for optimal waveform display, enhancing convenience and accuracy.
Serial Bus Decoding and Analysis
Supports serial triggering and decoding for protocols like I2C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN, and LIN. Data can be displayed in list mode for further analysis and can be saved or exported.
