Micsig STO1000 Series Smart Oscilloscope Datasheet

The Micsig STO1000 Series Smart Oscilloscope offers advanced features for efficient signal analysis. It operates on an Android system for rapid operation and features 2/4 channels with 100MHz or 150MHz bandwidth. The oscilloscope boasts a 1 GSa/s real-time sample rate and up to 70Mpts memory depth, with a waveform capture rate of up to 130,000 times/s. It is equipped with an 8-inch industrial LCD with an 800*600 resolution multi-point capacitive touch screen.

Connectivity options include LAN, WiFi, USB2.0, USB Device, HDMI, and Trigger out. The device supports bus trigger and decoding for protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and LIN. Remote control is available via PC software and mobile apps (iOS and Android). It includes 8GB of built-in storage for waveform and video recording and supports an optional lithium battery with up to 5 hours of life.

Product Appearance and Features

The STO1000 series features an independent control panel and supports a 7.4V, 7500mAh Li-ion battery. The device has a weight of 1425g for the 4-channel model and 320g for the battery. Key operational areas include the function area, function buttons, horizontal system controls, vertical system controls, second function buttons, and a power button.

Ultra-high Waveform Capture Rate

With a maximum capture rate of 130,000 wfm/s, the STO1000 provides a more comprehensive view of signal behavior.

Powerful Trigger Functions

Supports a wide range of trigger types including Edge, Pulse width, Short pulse, Logic, Video, Overtime, N_Edge, Slope, and various bus triggers (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, 1553B, 429). Trigger coupling options include DC, AC, HF reject, LF reject, and noise reject. The trigger level ranges from the center of the screen.

31 Types of Auto Measurements

Offers 31 automatic measurements, with up to five displayable on-screen simultaneously. These include Period, Frequency, Rise Time, Fall Time, Delay, Duty Cycle, Pulse Width, Burst Width, Overshoot, Phase, Peak to Peak, Amplitude, High, Low, Max, Min, Mean, Cycle Mean, RMS, and Cycle RMS. A 6-bit hardware frequency meter provides high accuracy.

Super Memory Depth

Up to 70Mpts memory depth allows for detailed examination of captured waveforms through zooming.

Hardware High-pass / Low-pass Digital Filtering

Enables filtering of specific frequency bands to eliminate interference and improve signal judgment.

Autoranging

The scope automatically adjusts amplitude and horizontal time base in real-time for optimal waveform display, enhancing convenience and accuracy.

Serial Bus Decoding and Analysis

Supports serial triggering and decoding for protocols like I2C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN, and LIN. Data can be displayed in list mode for further analysis and can be saved or exported.

Decode Text Mode

Allows for bus text decoding, enabling data storage or export for subsequent analysis.

Convenient Cursor Measurement

Features intuitive cursor operation with one-touch initiation of horizontal and vertical cursors that can be moved independently, significantly increasing efficiency.

Screenshot and Timestamp

Supports adding timestamps and inverse colors to screenshots for clearer waveform organization and recording.

Electronic Calculation Tool Function

Includes a tool for electronic calculations, with input fields for Vin, Ra, Rb, and Vout.

Soft Keyboard Input

Facilitates efficient data entry through a touch-enabled soft keyboard for names, IP addresses, and special characters, improving efficiency by 90% compared to traditional knob-based input.

Language Support

Supports multiple languages including Simplified/Traditional Chinese, English, German, French, Czech, Korean, Spanish, and Italian.

Remote Connectivity

Offers connectivity via Wi-Fi, USB, Wi-Fi LAN, and LAN. Data transfer to PC is supported via Wi-Fi and USB. A Micro HDMI port allows direct connection to displays.
