IMPORTANT! Use Savant Application Manager (SAM) to install and upgrade the da Vinci runtime operating system onto a Savant Development Environment (SDE/ MacBook) or Savant Host. SAM can install and manage multiple releases, all under a single user, eliminating the need to switch users to access different releases. See the Savant Application Manager - Reference Guide (009-1047-xx) on the Savant Community for more info.

2.3. Original Runtime OS License Requirements
A license is required to unlock varying levels of features and functionality in a Savant Pro System. See the Savant Host Runtime Licensing Application Note on the Savant Customer Community for information on adding a license to a Host.
Host Licensing
A Runtime License is needed to unlock all functions available to its respective Host.

Smart Host Add-On Licensing
Smart Premium license is an add on license for the Smart Hosts.

2.4. Ecosystem and EVO License Requirements
Newly deployed systems utilizing an Ecosystem/EVO Host type running da Vinci 10.4 and higher require specific licensing to unlock certain features and functionality. The table below lists the licensing available for each Ecosystem/EVO Host. See the Savant Host Runtime Licensing Application Note on the Savant Customer Community for information on adding a license to a Host.

5. Resolved Issues
The following issues are resolved in this da Vinci release.
Host
- Resolved an issue that prevented Hosts from controlling legacy chassis and controllers, including SSA-3220, after upgrading from 8.10.2 to 10.5 (SHM-4802).
- Resolved an issue with new Pro and Super Pro Hosts that prevented configurations from becoming active and the Host from accepting connections (SHM-1938).
Lighting and Power
- Fixed an issue where the Lutron LEAP Advanced Integration Bridge would not reconnect with a limited set of controller types (SHM-4655).
- Resolved an issue that caused Savant Power Modules to lose custom labels after a power cycle (SHM-4692).
- Resolved an issue that prevented applicable Panel Bridge Controllers (PBC) from being upgraded after the Host was upgraded to 10.5 (SHM-4630).
- Resolved an issue when a Savant App scene containing large volume of Lutron LEAP Ketra loads executed, a limited number of Ketra loads illuminated red (SHM-4545).
Pool Controllers (Jandy)
- Resolved an issue that prevented successful communication with the Jandy Pool Controller (SHM-4637).
Savant App (Android)
- Resolved the issue with Energy Scenes not appearing in the Android Savant App (SHM-4700).
Savant Pro Remote (REM-4000)
- Resolved an issue that prevented remotes from saving the Wake Sensitivity setting (SHM-4742).
