Product Overview

Getting Started

Charging

This product's packaging does not include a charging cable.

Power On

Upon opening the charging case, the earphones will automatically power on.

Sleep Mode

Return the earphones to the charging case and close the lid. The earphones will power off and automatically enter sleep mode.

Factory Reset

Open the charging case, press and hold the function button for 10 seconds until the light flashes three times.

Connectivity

Connection & Pairing

Open the case lid, press and hold the function button for 2 seconds until the light turns on. The earphones will enter pairing mode. Activate your device's Bluetooth, find and connect to the earphones in the menu.

Note: Opening the case lid for the first time automatically activates pairing mode. For daily use, opening the charging case will automatically connect the earphones to the last paired Bluetooth device. (The Bluetooth device must be within the earphones' connection range.)

App Connection

Scan the QR code to download and install the Xiaomi Earbuds app for more features. Follow the app's instructions to connect the earphones.

Note: During the connection process, please ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on. Please charge the case, open the case, and ensure the smartphone is close to the case.

The Xiaomi Earbuds app supports mobile phones with Android 6.0 and above, and iOS 14.0 and above. Please update the app to the latest version.

Note: Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth signal connection, in dense environments with 2.4 GHz electromagnetic signal interference, there may be periodic disconnections or no sound. The power supplied by the charger must be at least 1.75 Watts, required for radio equipment, and up to a maximum of 5 Watts to achieve maximum charging speed.
