Thank you for purchasing the Invoxia Pet Tracker! This device allows you to locate and track your pets (dogs, cats, etc.).

To start using the pet tracker and enjoy its functionalities, please follow these steps:

• Download the official app from the ? App Store or ▶️ Google Play.
• Take the tracker out of its box.
• Insert the USB cable that comes with the tracker into the dedicated port [red square].
• Plug the tracker into your computer or a phone charger to charge it [red square]. The tracker will automatically turn on.
• You can now pair the tracker with your smartphone. Click here if you are an iOS user or here if you are an Android user.

How to Fasten the Pet Tracker on the Collar

It is crucial that the pet tracker is fastened correctly to your animal's collar to avoid losing it. This also prevents your pet from chewing on it. We recommend using the straps provided with the device.

To start using the pet tracker and enjoy its functionalities, follow this step-by-step guide:

• Download the official app from the ? App Store or ▶️ Google Play.
• Open the mobile app [black square].
• Click on "register".
• Click on "install".
• Enter the email address you will use to log into your user account, then click "continue".
• Enter your first and last name, your birth date, and the password you will use to log into your user account. Accept the General Policies by ticking the checkbox, then click "register".
• Plug the pet tracker using the USB cable provided (e.g., into a computer) to wake it up.
• Enable Bluetooth in your iPhone settings. Place the pet tracker next to your iOS device. It will soon be discovered by Bluetooth. When detected, click on "begin setup".
• Select the country where the pet tracker will be used.
• Choose the usage: dog ?, cat ?, or other usage ?.
• Please wait while the pet tracker is associated with your user account.
• Enter your animal's details (name, breed, weight, etc.). You may choose an avatar (pre-installed or upload one).
• The Pet Tracker is now linked to your user account.

You can now use your pet tracker. Make sure to enable notifications for the app on your smartphone settings.

• Open the mobile app [red square].
• Click on "Register" [red square].
• Enter the email address and password you want to use with your user account [red square]. Click on "I accept the terms of use" and press the blue arrow [blue arrow].
• Click on "Add a new Roadie" [red square].
• Click on "Allow" [red square] to grant location access.
• Click on "Add" [red square].
• Please wait while the Bluetooth pairing is established [red square].
• The tracker is now set up with your smartphone [red square].
• The tracker is now paired with your Android smartphone.

When the Pet Tracker is delivered, it is inactive. You need to charge it beforehand to activate the device. Follow this step-by-step guide:

You can use the USB cable in two ways to charge your Pet Tracker:

• Connect the cable to a standard USB charger (e.g., a charger used for smartphones, like a Samsung USB charger).
• Connect to a computer USB port.

Please note that it is not possible to turn off the tracker. To reboot your tracker, you will need to remove the device from your user account.

You can use the USB cable in two ways to charge your Pet Tracker:

• Connect the cable to a standard USB charger (e.g., a charger used for smartphones, like a Samsung USB charger).
• Connect to a computer USB port.

When the LED is lit, it usually means your Pet Tracker is charging (more details in this article):

• The Pet Tracker is charging (not fully charged) - the LED is turned on.
• The Pet Tracker is fully charged - the LED will turn off.

It takes approximately 80 minutes for the Pet Tracker to be fully charged.

Note: You need to plug in your Pet Tracker to wake it up in order to pair it with your smartphone.

Can Invoxia's Pet Tracker Be Paired with Several Accounts or Smartphones?

You can use Invoxia's Pet Tracker on several smartphones. Once you have installed the Pet Tracker on one of your phones, download the Invoxia GPS app on your other smartphones and log in using the same user information as on the first phone.

Each smartphone will then be able to connect to the Pet Tracker via Bluetooth to find it using the "Find Me" feature, change settings, or upload data. If you have installed the Invoxia GPS app on several smartphones and are trying to connect to the tracker, make sure to deactivate Bluetooth on nearby smartphones.

It is not yet possible to install the same Pet Tracker on several accounts.
