Care and Maintenance
Perform minor maintenance tasks to avoid voiding the TRUE Fitness Warranty. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or maintenance.
Inspection
- Inspect the machine daily for loose fasteners, unusual noises, worn cords, or other service indications. Obtain service if needed. Do not use until proper service is performed or parts are replaced.
- If service is needed, turn off the unit, unplug it, and ensure other users know it needs service. Order parts or contact a TRUE authorized service representative at www.truefitness.com.
Cleaning the Equipment
- After Each Use: Wipe all exposed surfaces with GymWipes™™ Antibacterial wipes or a damp cloth with mild detergent. Clean the console surface with an LCD/screen cleaner or a damp cloth with 91% isopropyl alcohol and water solution to remove fingerprints and dirt.
- Weekly: Vacuum dust or dirt from under or around the machine. Clogged air vents can prevent cooling.
CAUTION: Do not use acidic cleaners. Never pour water or spray liquids on the machine. Allow to dry completely. Vacuum the floor underneath to prevent dust and dirt accumulation.
Leveling the Machine
- CAUTION: Prevent damage and injury. Ensure the machine is level at all times. Adjusting leveling feet can help, but may not completely compensate for uneven surfaces.
