1. Device description

Cubenest S1C2 is an innovative magnetic car mount with MagSafe technology and active cooling. Thanks to the semiconductor cooling chip and integrated fan, it maintains the optimal temperature of the phone during charging, preventing overheating and ensuring stable performance. A strong magnet (1.4 kgf) holds the device firmly in place, while the 4-point mounting system allows for easy installation on most ventilation grilles. The mount supports wireless charging with up to 15W of power and is compatible with iPhones from Series 12 and up with MagSafe.

Note: The holder requires a minimum 15W charging adapter (not included). Cubenest recommends a 45W car charger. Using a weaker adapter will reduce wireless charging performance and the effect of the cooling system.

2. Instructions for use

Step 1: Installing the bracket in the ventilation grille

1. Select a suitable location on the ventilation grille in your car.
2. Turn the thread counterclockwise to extend the hook on the back of the bracket to the desired length.
3. Insert the bracket into the ventilation grille so that the hook catches on the slat.
4. Tighten the thread clockwise to secure the bracket firmly to the grille.
5. Place the plastic nut on the front of the bracket.
6. Slide the back of the charger into the plastic nut, then screw the nut in until the connection is tight.

Step 2: Connect the charger to the power supply

1. Connect one end of the USB-C cable to the car charger (min. 15W, not included).
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the charger.
3. Once connected, the LED indicator will light up to indicate that it is ready to charge.

Step 3: Charging the device

1. Place your MagSafe device on the mount.
2. Charging will start automatically.
3. To remove your phone, simply pull it away from the magnetic surface.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the holder from the charging adapter, the LED light will turn off.

Note: If you are using a cover, make sure it is MagSafe compatible.

• Is the charger compatible with Android phones?
  ✅ The charger is optimized for MagSafe. Android phones with Qi charging support may work, but without the magnetic attachment.
• Which power adapter should I use?
  We recommend using a power adapter designed for a car plug with a minimum of 15W (we recommend a 45W car charger).
• Can I charge my iPhone with a protective case?
  ✅ Yes, if the MagSafe cover is compatible. Metal or thick cases can interrupt charging.
• Does the charger support fast charging?
  Yes, the charger supports fast charging with a maximum of 15W.
• Can I charge devices other than my iPhone?
  The charger is designed primarily for iPhones with MagSafe. Other Qi-enabled devices may be compatible, but the magnetic attachment may not be secure. Please make sure your device's cover is MagSafe compatible.
• Is it safe to leave the charger plugged in all the time?
  Yes, but it is recommended to unplug the charger if you are not using it for an extended period of time.
• Why isn't the device charging?
  ✅ Check that the charger is properly connected to the power supply and that the device is correctly positioned on the charging surface. Try using a different USB cable or a different car power adapter.
• How tightly does it hold the phone while driving?
  ✅ A strong magnet (1.4kgf) ensures a secure hold on your phone. No sharp turn or pothole will catch the charger off guard, your phone will stay firmly in place.

5. Solutions to the most common problems

1. Weak magnetic hold on the phone
   Explanation: poor magnetic attachment can be caused by an incompatible cover, poor centering of the phone or dirt on the magnetic surface.
   Solution: use only a MagSafe compatible cover or a phone without a cover. Make sure, the phone is attached exactly to the center of the holder and the magnetic surface is clean.
2. Charging does not work or is slow
   Explanation: slow or no charging may be caused by an unsuitable adapter, a weak cable, improper positioning of the phone, or an incompatible cover.
   Solution: use only a car power adapter with a minimum of 15 W (we recommend a 45 W car charger). Check that the phone is correctly positioned in the centre of the charging surface and that there is no distraction between the phone and the holder (e.g. metal ring in the cover).
3. The phone becomes loose while driving
   Explanation: Loosening of the phone while driving may be caused by a weak magnetic connection or vibrations from road irregularities.
   Solution: make sure that the holder is correctly mounted in the ventilation grille and that the phone is correctly positioned on the charger.
4. Overheating of the phone or charger
   Explanation: Overheating can be caused by prolonged wireless charging, high ambient temperature or insufficient ventilation.
   Solution: place the holder out of direct sunlight and ensure free airflow around the device. In case of excessive heat, discontinue charging and allow the device to cool down.
5. Incompatibility with some phones
   Explanation: the holder is optimized for iPhones with MagSafe technology (iPhone 12 and newer). Some other brands or older models may not have integrated magnets or wireless charging support.
   Solution: for use with an incompatible phone, we recommend purchasing a MagSafe compatible cover and verifying that the phone supports Qi wireless charging.
6. Difficulty connecting the phone to the charger
   Explanation: difficulty attaching your phone to the charger may be caused by inaccurate fit, a thicker or incorrectly positioned cover, or weak magnets on some models.
   Solution: make sure you attach the phone exactly to the centre of the charging surface. If you use a cover, make sure it is MagSafe compatible and does not have metal or thick layers that could interfere with the connection.
7. The charger does not work after installation
   Explanation: if the charger does not work immediately after installation, the problem may be with the power supply, an incorrect cable connection or an incompatible adapter.
   Solution: make sure the car power adapter is properly wired and supports a minimum output power of 15 W. Make sure the cable is firmly connected to both the bracket and the adapter. If necessary, try another compatible adapter or cable.
8. The phone shifts or rotates while driving
   Explanation: sliding or rotating of the phone may be caused by a weak magnetic attachment, poor centering, or an unsuitable type of cover.
   Solution: make sure the phone is properly centered on the mount and you are using a MagSafe compatible cover.
9. Charging is not wireless
   Explanation: wireless charging may not work if the phone is positioned incorrectly, is using an incompatible cover, or if the mount is not properly powered.
   Solution: make sure your phone is exactly centered on the charging surface. Use only MagSafe compatible covers. Check the power supply of the holder and use an adapter with a minimum of 15 W. Check if your phone supports Qi wireless charging.
