1. About the GoCom4
1.1 Product Details
The NOECI GoCom4 is a motorcycle Bluetooth communication intercom designed for helmet integration. Key features include:

1.2 Package Contents

2. Installation Guide
- Use the included Allen key to loosen the clip, fit it onto the rim of the helmet, and then fasten it securely.
- Insert the GoCom4 main unit onto the clip slot until it is installed firmly.
- Utilize the Velcro pads to stick the earphone and boom/soft mic inside the helmet.
- Plug the speakers and microphone into the GoCom4 unit. The intercom is now ready for use.
3. Getting Started
3.1 Operation Instructions
- Single-click: A quick press of a button.
- Double-click: Two quick presses of a button.
- 1s Long Press: Press and hold a button for approximately 1 second.
- Press Simultaneously: Press two buttons at the same time.
- 5s Press Simultaneously: Press and hold two buttons at the same time for approximately 5 seconds.
3.2 Power On/Off & Reset
- Power On: Long press the "Power" button for 1 second. A "Power on" voice prompt will be heard, and the blue light will illuminate.
- Power Off: Press the "Power" and "FM" buttons simultaneously. The light will turn off.
- Protective Film: Before use, remove the protective film from the front panel.
- Factory Reset: Long press the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The red light will last for 2 seconds, then the blue light will turn on, indicating a successful reset.
3.3 Low Battery & Charging Indication
- Low Battery: The red light flashes twice every 2 minutes.
- Charging: The red light remains constantly on.
- Full-charged: The light turns off.
4. FM Radio On/Off & Station Switchable
When the FM radio is activated, it automatically searches for FM stations. Intercom communication and FM radio can operate concurrently.
- Turn On FM: Single click the "FM radio" button. A "FM on" voice prompt will be heard.
- Turn Off FM: Click the "FM radio" button again. A "FM off" voice prompt will be heard.
- Switch Stations: Use the "Station +" and "Station -" buttons to navigate through stations.
5. Phone Functions
5.1 Phone Pairing
- Long press the "Phone" button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. A "Phone pairing" voice prompt will be heard, and red and blue lights will flash quickly.
- On a mobile phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for "GoCom4", and pair with it. A "Pairing successful" voice prompt will be heard, and the blue light will flash slowly.
5.2 Music Playing
Single click the "Phone" button to play or pause music. Use the "Next Trace" and "Previous Trace" buttons to skip tracks.
5.3 Voice Assistant
Press the "Phone" button for 1 second to activate Siri or Google Assistant. Once the voice assistant is active, users can speak into the microphone.
5.4 Phone Call Operations
- Auto Answer: Calls will auto-answer within 8 seconds if no operation is performed.
- Answer Call: Single click the "Phone" button.
- Reject Call: Long press the "Phone" button for 1 second.
- Last Number Redial: Double click the "Phone" button.
- Cancel Redial: Single click the "Phone" button during redial.
6. Intercom Pairing
6.1 Two Intercom Pairing
- Long press the "Power" button for 1 second on both GoCom4 units to power them on. A "Power on" voice prompt will be heard, and the blue light will illuminate.
- After powering on, long press the "Power" and "Volume +" buttons for 1 second on the first intercom, and the "Power" and "Volume -" buttons for 1 second on the second intercom. Both GoCom4 units will automatically search and pair. Voice prompts "Intercom A pairing" / "Intercom B pairing" and "Pairing successful" will be heard. Red and blue lights will flash quickly during pairing.
- Once paired successfully, both units can communicate directly. If pairing fails, reset both models and restart from step 1. When connected, "Intercom A connected" (blue light flashes slowly) and "Intercom B connected" (red light flashes slowly) will be indicated.
6.2 Three Intercom Pairing
- Designate three GoCom4 units as "First", "Second", and "Third". Long press the "Power" and "Volume +" buttons for 1 second on the First Intercom, and "Power" and "Volume -" buttons for 1 second on the Second Intercom. These two GoCom4 units will auto search and pair successfully.
- Long press the "Power" and "Volume +" buttons for 3 seconds on the Second Intercom, and "Power" and "Volume -" buttons for 1 second on the Third Intercom. The Second and Third GoCom4 units will auto search and pair successfully.
- Single-press the "Power" button of any GoCom4 unit. All three intercoms will auto connect for 3-way communication.
6.3 Four Intercom Pairing
- Pair the "First", "Second", and "Third" intercoms following the steps for "Three Intercom Pairing". No additional "Power" button press is needed to form a three-intercom group at this stage.
- Long press the "Power" and "Volume +" buttons for 3 seconds on the Third Intercom, and "Power" and "Volume -" buttons for 1 second on the Fourth Intercom. The Third and Fourth GoCom4 units will auto search and pair successfully.
- Single-press the "Power" button of any GoCom4 unit. All four intercoms will auto connect for 4-way communication.
6.4 Pair with Other Intercoms
- Power on the GoCom4 and long press the "Power" and "Volume +" buttons simultaneously for 1 second until the red and blue lights flash, indicating "Intercom A pairing".
- Activate Bluetooth pairing mode on the other Bluetooth intercom.
- The GoCom4 will automatically search for and connect to the other intercom for communication. If pairing issues persist, users may need to contact the other model's manufacturer to confirm universal pairing support.
6.5 Intercom Disconnection & Re-connection
- Disconnection: Long press the "Power" button for 1 second. The current intercom connection will be disconnected, indicated by "Intercom A disconnected".
- Re-connection: After disconnection, single press the "Power" button. The intercom will reconnect, indicated by "Intercom A connected".
7. Intercom & Cellphone Music
- After the GoCom4 and a cellphone are paired, long press the "Power" and "Volume -" buttons for 1 second until the red and blue lights flash, indicating "Intercom A pairing".
- Pair with another GoCom4 unit following the "Two Intercom Pairing" steps.
- Users can now enjoy intercom communication and cellphone music/navigation simultaneously. If the intercom was already connected, it can be disconnected first to pair with a cellphone, then reconnected to enjoy both functions.
Volume Control:
- Intercom Volume: Use the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons to adjust intercom volume.
- Music Volume: Double click the "Volume +" or "Volume -" buttons to adjust music volume.
8. Audio Sharing (Ideally for Driver and Passenger)
8.1 Basic Sharing
- Pair one GoCom4 unit with a cellphone. After pairing, play music or any other audio application on the cellphone.
- Power on another GoCom4 unit and pair the two GoCom4 units together. Then, press the "Volume +" and "Phone" buttons simultaneously on the first intercom to start the audio sharing function. Once the second intercom hears "Audio share", both GoCom4 units can enjoy the same music/audio.
8.2 Audio Sharing & Two Intercom Talking
- Follow the steps in "8.1 Basic Sharing" to enable audio sharing between two GoCom4 units.
- Follow the steps in "6.1 Two Intercom Pairing" to pair both GoCom4 units and initiate intercom communication. When units are in intercom mode, audio sharing functions will be paused; press the "Phone" button again to resume audio playback.
- Alternatively, users can first pair for intercom talking, then pair with a cellphone for audio sharing. Note: Audio sharing is not recommended when four GoCom4 units are in group communication.
9. Warning
Using the GoCom4 device can impair a user's ability to hear other sounds and surroundings. Listening to music or speaking on a telephone while riding may distract from safe operation and could be prohibited in some areas. Using the device at high volume may lead to permanent hearing loss. If ringing in the ear or pain is experienced, reduce the volume or discontinue use. Continued high-volume use can lead to permanent hearing damage. Always use the device at a safe volume level.
10. Statement & Warranty
10.1 FCC Statement
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. This equipment complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. Under normal use, a one-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase. Any disassembly or modification will void the warranty.
11. Attention
Installing the GoCom4 on a helmet modifies the helmet, potentially affecting its warranty or function, and could pose a danger in accidents. Users should fully understand these facts. Ensure the product is firmly and correctly mounted before driving to prevent injury from detachment. Use the product carefully to ensure riding safety and avoid injury. For optimal communication distance, use in open areas. In rain, ensure the device jack is down and the USB rubber plug is tight; ensure the headphone jack is fully plugged to prevent water entry. Battery capacity may vary with temperature, and battery life may attenuate at low temperatures (below 0°C). If electronic functions fail, power off and try again.
