UISP Router Lite
Ubiquiti
Product Overview
The UISP-R-Lite is a fanless Gigabit router designed for flexibility and performance. It features ten 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports that provide 24V passive PoE output, enabling power delivery to connected devices. For high-speed network connectivity, it includes a 1 Gbps SFP port for fiber optic cables. The router is managed centrally using the UISP Controller Software, which facilitates the control and monitoring of all UISP devices.
Quick Installation Guide
Follow these steps for initial setup:
Mounting the Router
Attach the provided mounting bracket to a suitable surface (e.g., wall or desk) using screws. Once the bracket is securely fastened, slide the UISP Router Lite onto the bracket until it locks into place.
Connecting Cables
Connect the power source, such as a PoE injector or switch, to the router's PoE In port using an Ethernet cable. Connect your network device (e.g., computer, switch) to one of the router's LAN ports using another Ethernet cable. Insert a compatible SFP module into the dedicated SFP port for fiber connectivity.
Power and Internet Connection
Connect the router to a power source. The device will power on, and the status LEDs will indicate power and internet connectivity.
Software Setup

- This device may not cause harmful interference, and
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
"This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help."
SED Canada Compliance
CAN ICES-3(B)/NMB-3(B)
This device complies with ISED Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause interference, and
- This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
The device for operation in the band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor use to reduce the potential for harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems.
CAN ICES-3(B)/NMB-3(B)
Le présent appareil est conforme aux CNR d'ISDE Canada applicables aux appareils radio exempts de licence. L'exploitation est autorisée aux deux conditions suivantes :
- l'appareil ne doit pas produire de brouillage;
