  • Store the unit in a room free from ignition sources (e.g., open flames, gas appliances).
  • Do not puncture or incinerate the unit.
  • Refrigerants may have odors.
  • Ensure the storage room has adequate ventilation and meets specified area requirements.

Installation Precautions:

  • This system is for domestic and residential use only.
  • Installation must be performed by a qualified vendor or installer to prevent water leaks, electric shock, or fire hazards.
  • Do not install where flammable gases may leak, as this can cause fires.
  • Ensure a ground fault interrupter (GFI) is installed.
  • Ensure the drain tube is installed correctly for complete drainage to prevent water damage to furniture.
  • Proper grounding is essential to prevent electric shock. Do not connect the ground wire to gas pipes, water pipes, or telephone ground wires.

Operation Precautions:

  • Keep children away from the air conditioner and its remote control.
  • Do not expose yourself to direct airflow for prolonged periods, as it may affect your health.
  • Do not insert anything into air outlets, as this could damage the fan.
  • The unit can be used by children aged 8+ and persons with reduced capabilities if supervised or instructed on safe use.
  • Use only approved fuses. Do not use wire or copper in place of a fuse.
  • Do not handle switches with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
  • Do not hang or swing from the indoor unit.
  • Keep flammable aerosols and paints away from the unit.
  • Do not place combustion appliances directly in the airflow.
  • Do not wash the unit with water; this can cause electric shock. High-pressure cleaning may damage fins.
  • Do not use the unit for preserving food, plants, or animals, or for precision devices or works of art.
  • Do not place water-containing items (cups, vases) on the unit.
  • Do not install the unit where airflow is directed at plants or animals, as it may affect their health.
  • Do not step on or sit on the unit.
  • Periodically check the unit's support structure for damage.
  • Do not touch aluminum fins of the heat exchanger to avoid personal injury.
  • Do not place electrical appliances or objects under the unit, as condensation may cause stains or electric shock.
  • Do not operate without air filters; this can lead to incorrect operation.
  • Wait at least 5 minutes after stopping operation before disconnecting power.
  • If the unit is used with a combustion appliance, ensure regular ventilation to prevent oxygen deficiency.
  • Use a stable ladder when removing the air intake panel and filters.
  • When cleaning, stop the unit and disconnect power. Never open the panel while the fan is spinning.
  • Keep the area around the outdoor unit clear of objects and leaves to prevent small animals from entering and causing damage.
  • If thunder or lightning is expected, stop the unit and disconnect power.
  • If the power cord is damaged, contact your distributor or a qualified installer.

Tips for Effective Operation
