Optional: Positioning for Optimal Streaming Experience

To ensure the best streaming performance, consider the placement of your ScreenCast device. The USB™ Type-A connector can be attached to your TV using the included double-sided adhesive strip. This strip is for single-use and can be removed.

Important Note: The USB™ Type-A connector houses the Wi-Fi® module, antenna, and power supply. Therefore, it is NOT recommended to place the USB™ Type-A connector behind the TV or inside a TV cabinet, as this may cause a weak signal or signal loss.

Adhesive Strip Installation Instructions:

1. Choose a flat surface to attach the USB™ connector. Ensure the area is clean before attaching.
2. Remove the liner from one side of the double-sided adhesive strip.
3. Press the adhesive firmly onto the bottom of the USB™ connector.
4. Remove the other liner.
5. Firmly press the USB™ connector to the desired location for 30 seconds.

How to Mirror

Step 1: Connect the JVAW61 TX to your device

Plug the JVAW61 TX into a USB-C® port on your laptop or mobile device. Wait a few seconds until the flashing light on the JVAW61 TX stops, indicating it has started mirroring automatically.

Note: If the JVAW61 TX flashes for more than 20 seconds, unplug it and plug it back in. If it continues to flash for more than 20 seconds, it may need to be paired with the JVAW61 RX (see troubleshooting section).

This device supports mirroring for laptops and mobile devices running Windows®, macOS®, iPadOS®, and Android™. The USB-C® port on your device must also support DP™ output.

Stop and Restart Mirroring

Press the JVAW61 TX button to stop or restart the mirroring session.

Troubleshooting: How to Pair the JVAW61 TX with the Receiver

Step 1: Turn on pairing mode for the receiver

Press and hold the reset button (or insert a pin ? to press) on the JVAW61 wireless display receiver for 2 seconds ⏱️ 2s. Release the button when the screen shows the setting screen.

Note on Reset Button Functions:

• Simple click: Displays the pairing screen.
• Press for 2 seconds: Turns on pairing mode for the JVAW61 TX.
• Press for 10 seconds: Resets the receiver to default settings.

Step 2: Start pairing on the TX

Once the receiver is in pairing mode, press the JVAW61 TX button for 5 seconds. The screen should show "Ready to pair" ✔️. If pairing is successful, it will start casting content from your device.
