GS3-KPD Keypad
Spare or replacement keypad for DURApulse AC drives; great for maintenance or back-up programs.
GS3-BZL Flush Mount Bezel Kit
The GS3-BZL Flush Mount Bezel Kit allows remote mounting of the DURApulse removable keypad. It features a Protected Chassis and IP20 enclosure rating. The thickness of the panel will determine required hole dimensions:
- Thickness 1.0 - 1.4 mm (0.0393 - 0.0551 in): Hole 81.0 mm (3.19 in)
- Thickness 1.6 - 2.0 mm (0.629 - 0.0787 in): Hole 82.0 mm (3.23 in)
- Thickness 2.2 - 3.0 mm (0.0866 - 0.1181 in): Hole 82.8 mm (3.26 in)
Overall dimensions: 115.0 mm (4.53 in) height. Mounting requires M4xP0.7 screws.

ZIPLink Communication Distribution Modules
ZL-CDM-RJ12X4: 4-port ZIPLink communication distribution module with 4 RJ12 ports and 1 screw terminal port.
ZL-CDM-RJ12X10: 10-port ZIPLink communication distribution module with 10 RJ12 ports and 1 screw terminal port.
Optional ZIPLink serial communication cables are available for plug and play connectivity to AutomationDirect PLCs. Refer to the comm cable selection matrix on page tGSX-171.

GS3/DURAPULSE Accessories – Replacement Parts
GS3/DURAPULSE AC drives 3 hp and larger have built-in cooling fans, and replacement fans are also available. These fans are direct replacements for the internal factory-installed fans.

(1) One fan per part number. Includes connectorized electrical cable and installation instructions.
(2) Fans are replacements for the internal fans in GS3 drives, are dimensionally and electrically equivalent to the originals, and are not intended for other use. Fan electrical loading is included in the input amperage ratings of the drives, and DC voltage is internally provided by the drives.
(3) Some drives require multiple fans.
(4) Can be used only with applicable DURAPULSE AC drive.
ZIPLink Wiring Solutions
ZIPLinks simplify wiring between devices using prewired cables and DIN rail mount connector modules. They offer clean, efficient installation, saving space and cost compared to standard terminal blocks. Solutions range from PLC I/O to ZIPLink Connector Modules, connections to third-party devices, GS, DuraPulse and SureServo Drives, and specialty relay, transorb, and communication modules. Pre-printed I/O-specific adhesive label strips for quick marking of ZIPLink modules are provided with ZIPLink cables. See the following solutions to help determine the best ZIPLink system for your application.
Solution 1: DirectLOGIC, CLICK and Productivity I/O Modules to ZIPLink Connector Modules
For quick and easy I/O-to-field termination, use a ZIPLink connector module with a prewired ZIPLink cable (I/O terminal block at one end, multi-pin connector at the other).
Steps:
- Locate your I/O module/PLC.
- Select a ZIPLink Module.
- Select a corresponding ZIPLink Cable.
Solution 2: DirectLOGIC, CLICK and Productivity I/O Modules to 3rd Party Devices
Connect I/O to nearby devices without extra terminal blocks using ZIPLink Pigtail Cables. These are prewired to an I/O terminal block with color-coded, soldered-tip wires on the other end.
Steps:
- Locate your PLC I/O module.
- Select a ZIPLink Pigtail Cable compatible with your 3rd party device.
Solution 3: GS Series and DURAPulse Drives Communication Cables
For Modbus RTU communication with drives or networks. ZIPLink cables connect PLCs, SureServo, SureStep, Stellar Soft Starters, and AC drives. A ZIPLink communications module can set up multi-device networks.
Steps:
- Locate your Drive and type of communications.
- Select a ZIPLink cable and associated hardware.
Solution 4: Serial Communications Cables
ZIPLink offers communication cables for DirectLOGIC, CLICK, and Productivity CPUs, and other communication devices. Connections include a 6-pin RJ12 or 9-pin, 15-pin and 25-pin D-sub connectors, usable with RJ12 or D-Sub Feedthrough modules.

Solution 5: Specialty ZIPLink Modules
ZIPLink modules are available for various applications, including stand-alone relays, 24VDC and 120VAC transorb modules, D-sub and RJ12 feedthrough modules, communication port adapters, distribution modules, and SureServo 50-pin I/O interface connections.

Solution 6: ZIPLink Connector Modules to 3rd Party Devices
Pigtail cables with color-coded soldered-tip wires provide a clean, easy way to connect devices to terminal blocks, reducing troubleshooting time. Use with compatible ZIPLink Connector Modules.
