Getting Started

This section provides guidance on initial setup and first use of the Breville Panini Grill.

Before first use, wipe the grill plates with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Season the plates by lightly brushing with cooking oil and heating the appliance for a few minutes.

To toast sandwiches:

1. Plug in the appliance. The power light will illuminate.
2. Allow the grill to preheat until the ready light illuminates.
3. Place your sandwich on the lower grill plate.
4. Close the lid gently. The floating hinge allows for even pressure.
5. Cook for the desired time, typically 3-5 minutes, until golden brown and heated through.
6. Open the lid carefully and remove the sandwich using a spatula.

Care and Cleaning

Proper care and cleaning will ensure your Breville Panini Grill remains in excellent condition.

• Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Wipe the grill plates and exterior with a damp cloth. A mild detergent can be used if necessary.
