USA - Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
I. Integrated WLAN & Bluetooth Function

Wireless LAN function marketed in the USA and Canada do not support or function in the extended channels (12ch, 13ch).
i) FCC RF Exposure Compliance
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. To avoid exceeding FCC radio frequency exposure limits, human proximity to the antenna shall not be less than 20cm (8 inches) during normal operation.
ii) FCC ID of Wireless Function
The FCC ID for the Integrated WLAN & Bluetooth function is indicated on the label affixed on the bottom side of your device.
iii) Radio Frequency Interference Requirements
This product has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device pursuant to FCC Part 15 Subpart B.
II. Simultaneous Use of RF Transmitters
Please ensure the following conditions when using wireless features:
- When using any other RF option device, all other wireless features, including the integrated devices in your Lenovo device, must be turned off.
- Users must follow the RF Safety instructions on wireless option devices included in their respective user manuals.

II) Low Power License-Exempt Radio Communication Devices (RSS-247)
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause interference.
- This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
Usage of this device is limited to indoor in the band 5150-5350MHz.
III) Exposure of Humans to RF Fields (RSS-102)
Lenovo products employ low gain integral antennas that do not emit RF field in excess of Health Canada limits for the general population. Consult Safety Code 6, obtainable from Health Canada's Web site at www.hc-sc.gc.ca/rpb.
The radiated energy from the antennas connected to the wireless adapters conforms to the IC limit of the RF exposure requirement regarding IC RSS-102, Issue 5 clause 4.2.
