Eligible Products and Reimbursement Amounts

How to Participate

1. Purchase or lease an eligible Hisense product between July 23, 2025, and August 18, 2025, from a participating retailer. Please note that used or refurbished products are excluded.
2. Visit the Hisense offer website at offres.hisense.fr or scan the QR code provided on the offer page between July 23, 2025, and September 17, 2025, to participate. Select the offer "OPERATION 11288 – ELECTROMENAGER HISENSE – SOLDES".
3. Complete the online registration form. Mail-in requests will not be accepted.
4. Upload the required proof of purchase:
   • Your invoice with the product reference circled.
   • Your sales receipt with the product reference circled. Order forms are accepted only if accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice received upon product delivery. Delivery slips alone are not valid proof.
   • A photo or scan of your product's serial number, which consists of 23 or 6+8 characters and is located on your product's rating plate.
5. Validate your participation form.

Reimbursement Process

Your reimbursement will be processed via bank transfer within 8 weeks of receiving your complete and compliant application.

Terms and Conditions

This offer is limited to mainland France (including Corsica) and the DROM COM (Eurozone only) and is valid until August 18, 2025. It is limited to one reimbursement per household (same name, same address, same IBAN). Postage costs are at your expense. Incomplete, illegible, falsified, or non-compliant applications will be considered void. Hisense reserves the right to conduct necessary verifications to ensure compliance with the offer's terms and conditions, including verifying provided documents, participant identity, and address. Personal data collected is processed by HISENSE France for managing your participation and for other specified purposes. Data is processed based on contract, consent, legitimate interest, and legal obligation. Collected data is essential for these processes and is shared with authorized Hisense France departments and their subcontractors involved in the promotion's operational management and quality surveys. Subcontractor details are available upon request. Your data will be retained for the duration of the operation and for three years thereafter, unless legally required otherwise. Provided documents (including proof of purchase) will be destroyed after processing and cannot be returned. In accordance with GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, including profiling. You can withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Post-mortem directives can also be provided. No claims will be accepted after December 16, 2025.
