Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions carefully and keep this manual for future reference.
  • Before first use, remove all packaging materials and promotional stickers. Ensure children do not play with packaging materials.
  • This appliance is intended for household and similar environments (e.g., staff kitchens, farmhouses, hotel/motel rooms).
  • Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
  • Children aged 16 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, may use the appliance if supervised or instructed on safe use and aware of the hazards. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance by children is only permitted for those over 16 under adult supervision.
  • Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children.
  • Unplug the appliance when not in use, before assembling/disassembling parts, and before cleaning. Always pull the plug by the plug itself, not the cord.
  • Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug, or if the appliance malfunctions or is damaged. Return to DOMO service for inspection/repair. Do not attempt self-repair.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids to prevent electric shock or fire.
  • Do not use with wet hands.
  • The appliance has a short power cord to reduce entanglement risk. DO NOT USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD.
  • Unwrap the cord completely to prevent overheating.
  • Do not let the power cord hang over hot surfaces or edges, or run under/around the unit.
  • Do not use if water is present or parts are still wet after cleaning.
  • Never use the appliance without ingredients.
  • Handle sharp accessories with care. Touch accessories only when they have completely stopped moving.
  • Improper maintenance can drastically reduce the appliance's lifespan and create hazards.
  • Accidents or damage from non-compliance are at your own risk. The manufacturer, importer, or supplier is not liable.

The image shows the DOMO DO9180M stick blender. It includes the main motor unit with an on/off button and speed regulator, a blending shaft (soup stick), and a whisk attachment with a holder.

Usage

Soup Stick / Mixer

The soup stick is suitable for making sauces, soups, mayonnaise, baby food, milkshakes, and other mixed foods.

  • Caution: Do not mix food without adding liquid.
  • Attach the mixer attachment to the motor unit and turn until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely fitted.
  • Plug the appliance into the wall socket.
  • Place the mixer upright in the bowl with ingredients. Do not tilt to avoid splashes.
  • Press the on/off button to mix. Hold the button pressed; deeper press increases speed. Release to stop.
  • Caution: Do not mix for longer than 1 minute continuously.
  • After use, unplug the appliance and remove the mixer attachment by turning it.

Beater

The beater is suitable for whipping egg whites, cream, instant desserts, etc.

  • Place the beater into the beater holder.
  • Attach the beater to the motor unit and turn until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely fitted.
  • Press the on/off button to beat. Hold the button pressed; deeper press increases speed. Release to stop.
  • Caution: Do not beat for longer than 2 minutes continuously.
  • After use, unplug the appliance and remove the beater by turning it.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Never immerse the motor unit in water. Clean the motor unit only with a damp cloth.
  • Caution: After processing very salty food, rinse the blades immediately.
  • Separate the mixer/beater from the appliance. Remove the beater from its holder. Rinse under running water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or detergents.
  • Do not immerse the soup stick in water. It is not dishwasher safe.
  • Caution: The blades are very sharp.

Warranty

This appliance has a two-year warranty period from the date of purchase. During this period, the distributor is responsible for failures due to material or manufacturing defects. If such defects occur, the appliance will be repaired or replaced. The warranty period does not restart but continues from the original purchase date. The warranty is granted based on the original till receipt.

The warranty on accessories and wear-and-tear parts is 6 months.

The warranty and responsibility of the supplier/manufacturer lapse automatically if:

  • Instructions in this manual have not been followed.
  • Incorrect connection (e.g., excessive voltage).
  • Incorrect, rough, or abnormal use.
  • Insufficient or incorrect maintenance.
  • Repairs or alterations by the consumer or unauthorized third parties.
  • Use of parts or accessories not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer.

Environmental Guidelines

The symbol on the product or packaging indicates it should not be treated as household waste. It must be taken to a collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Proper disposal helps prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health. Contact your local authorities or retailer for more information.

The packaging material is recyclable. Please treat it ecologically.
