Safety & Security Information
Read all information before using the device to ensure safe and proper use.
This device is suitable for working in an environment of 0°C to 35°C. Temperature for storage should be between -20°C and 45°C. Excessively high or low temperatures may damage the device or reduce the battery's lifespan.
When charging, please keep the device in a well-ventilated area. Please charge this device in an environment between 5°C and 35°C. If the device has a flash charging function, it may not be able to enter the flash charging mode when the temperature is below 15°C or over 35°C.
Do not charge the battery over 12 hours.
The adapter, as the disconnect device from the mains, shall be installed near the device and easily accessible.
Use manufacturer-approved chargers, data cables, batteries and other accessories to prevent potential electric shock, fire, explosion or other hazards.
The back cover can't be removed.
Do not replace, disassemble, modify, mechanically crush or cut the battery, as it may cause battery leakage, overheating, explosion or fire.
Do not place the smart device or battery directly in sunlight, near/inside sources of heat or in a low air pressure location, which may lead to an explosion or battery leakage.
To prevent damage to your device's parts or internal circuits, do not use it in dusty, smoky, damp or dirty environments or near magnetic fields.
If any part of the product is cracked or damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact the OnePlus Service Center.
Power off your device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere, in blasting areas/near blasting caps and comply with all signs and instructions.
The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times at least, but it will eventually wear out.
The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Mishandling the battery may cause fire or explosion.
To prevent hearing damage by high sound pressure, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
Listening to a portable device at high volume may damage the user's ears and cause auditory disorders (temporary or permanent deafness, buzzing in the ears, tinnitus or hyperacusis). It is therefore strongly recommended not to use the portable device at full volume or more than one hour a day at medium volume.
Precautions for using the device:
- Observe all safety instructions for any places, especially in hospital/health care facilities, service stations, schools, professional garages and in an aircraft.
- Do not use your device and adhere to all safety warnings/regulations regarding mobile device usage while driving.
- Persons with electronic implants (pacemakers, insulin pumps, neurostimulators, etc.) are recommended to place the mobile device 15 cm away from the implant or on the OnePlus side of the implant.
Recommendations for use:
- No danger relating to the use of a tablet has been observed and this is purely a preventive measure.
- To reduce the level of exposure to radiation, you should use the tablet:
A. In good reception conditions: when the signal indicator displays a full signal on the signal reception bar.
B. With a hands-free kit or speaker.
C. Giving priority to the use of data, SMS and MMS messages rather than calls. - Pregnant women should keep the tablet away from their abdomen and teenagers should keep the tablet away from their lower abdomen.
- It is recommended to make reasonable use of the tablet by children and adolescents, for example by limiting the number of calls and their durations or by limiting the night use of the device. Do not leave your device and its accessories within the reach of small children or allow them to play with it. They could hurt themselves or others, or may accidentally damage the device.
- Your device contains small parts with sharp edges that may cause an injury or which could become detached and create a choking hazard.
- All personal information may be removed during or after the product software upgrade. Please back up your personal information before upgrading.
- The operating system of this product supports official system updates. If the user rooted the ROM system of any third party or modified the system file by cracking, it may lead to security risks of the system. OnePlus will not provide any support nor take any responsibility for the final use in these cases.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
This symbol (with or without a solid bar) means that according to local laws and regulations your product and/or its battery shall be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, user has the choice to give the product to a competent recycling organization. Proper recycling of your product will protect human health and the environment. EU Regulatory Conformance
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information
This device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines. These guidelines were developed by the independent scientific organization ICNIRP and include safety margins designed to assure the protection of all persons, regardless of age and health. The guidelines use a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit for this devices is 2.0W/kg when tested at the worn on the body, 4.0W/kg when worn on the limbs. And please see the "Quick Guide” to find the highest SAR value.
During testing, device radios are set to their highest transmission levels and placed in positions that simulate use near the body without distance. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
If you are using pacemaker, hearing aid, cochlear implant or other device, please use the phone according to the doctor's advice.

Care and Maintenance
The following suggestions will help you maintain and prolong the life of your device.
Only qualified and authorized personnel should make repairs to this product.
Disabling features such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use and dimming the screen can help you save energy and extend battery life.
Clean your smart device and charger with a soft, clean, dry cloth. If the screen comes into contact with liquid or dust, please clean it immediately. Do not use alcohol or irritating chemicals to clean the device.
Touching the screen with a sharp object may cause the screen to be scratched.
Please do not touch the connection port of the smart device, as static electricity may harm components in the device.
Do not place the device on uneven or unstable surfaces.
Do not hit, press, shake or drop the device to avoid damage and injury.
Chargers are not waterproof. Please do not use these devices in the bathroom, areas of high temperature, humidity or dust; please avoid rain.
Limited Warranty
Dear user, thank you for using this product. Within 24 months from the retail purchasing date, OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (18C02, 18C03, 18C04, and 18C05, Shum Yip Terra Building, Binhe Avenue North, Futian District, ShenZhen, GuangDong, P.R. China.) and its local entities warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the relevant User's Guide for the Product.
This Limited Warranty is offered voluntarily by OnePlus separately from and in addition to the consumer's rights under local laws governing the sale of consumer goods, including but not limited to your right of legal guarantee for defective products. It does not affect, alter or replace such rights.
To protect your legal interests, please read the following notes carefully:
- A valid Proof of Purchase shall be issued by the seller at the time of purchase.
- Please keep your Warranty Card and Proof of Purchase for future reference.
- In case of any damage of the product that is not due to human factors, consumers are entitled to enjoy customer service free of charge by providing Warranty Card and Proof of Purchase within the warranty period.

The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
- The valid warranty period expires.
- The product is damaged because it is accidentally dropped or immersed in water when in use.
- Damages are caused by human factors such as unauthorized disassembly, modification, etc.
- Damages are caused by force majeure (e.g. fires, earthquakes, and lightning).
- Damages are caused by improper usage that does not conform to the user guide or operation manual.
- Damages are caused by usage in environments not conforming to product specifications.
- Information on Warranty Card or Proof of Purchase is inconsistent with the product serial number or has been altered.
- The SN code of the product is missing, damaged, or blurred beyond recognition.

Return Policy (Limited to North America & Europe)
This policy is only applicable to the products purchased from OnePlus official website www.oneplus.com or OnePlus Exclusive Store (if any). For any product not purchased from OnePlus official website or OnePlus Exclusive Store, you may refer to the Return Policy of your original purchase channel. OnePlus phones and accessories are made to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. If you are not satisfied with your OnePlus product for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery. OnePlus will approve your return request and receive the product, we will perform standard inspection. And if the product passes the inspection, we will give you a full refund. For full refund the full sales package need to be returned. If something is missing, example charger, the charger amount will be deducted from refund amount. Return requests made outside of the 15-day period will not be accepted. We may also choose not to accept returns within these circumstances:
- Defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear and tear or incorrect installation after purchase.
- Price fluctuations being the sole reason for return.

OnePlus may choose not to accept returns for any of the above mentioned circumstances. In all cases, OnePlus will inspect the product and verify the fault. To qualify for a replacement or refund, device must be in "as new" condition and include all original contents of the package. OnePlus reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned is deemed to have been damaged.
