Safety Instructions

Please read all information before using the device to ensure safe and proper use.

General Safety

• Operating Temperature: 0°C to 35°C. Storage Temperature: -10°C to 50°C. Extreme temperatures may cause damage or reduce battery life.
• Charging: Charge in a well-ventilated area between 5°C and 35°C. Flash charging may be affected by temperatures outside 20°C to 40°C.
• Adapter: Ensure the adapter is installed near the device and easily accessible.
• Accessories: Use only manufacturer-approved chargers, cables, and batteries to prevent hazards.
• Device Structure: The back cover cannot be removed.
• Environmental Hazards: Do not expose to direct sunlight, heat sources, or low air pressure. Avoid dusty, smoky, damp, dirty environments, or magnetic fields.
• Potentially Explosive Atmospheres: Power off the device in areas with explosive atmospheres or near blasting caps.
• Damage: If any part is cracked or damaged, discontinue use and contact OnePlus Service Center.
• Battery: Batteries have a limited lifespan and can be charged/discharged hundreds of times. Do not charge for over 12 hours. Do not replace, disassemble, modify, crush, or cut the battery.

Precautions for Use

• Health Considerations: Observe safety instructions in sensitive locations (hospitals, schools, etc.). If you experience skin irritation (redness, swelling), discontinue use and consult a physician.
• Electronic Implants: If you have electronic implants (e.g., pacemakers), keep the device at least 15 cm away from the implant or on the opposite side.
• Driving: Do not use the device while driving and adhere to all safety warnings.
• Pregnancy & Teenagers: Keep the device away from the abdomen.
• Water & Dust Resistance: The device is water and dust resistant, but this is not a permanent condition and may decrease with normal wear. Do not charge when wet. Avoid use in diving, watersports, or fast-flowing water. Touchscreen may not function correctly in water.
• Hearing Protection: Avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods to prevent hearing damage. Do not use at maximum volume or for more than one hour daily at medium volume.
• Choking Hazard: The device contains small parts with sharp edges that may pose a choking hazard.
• Children: Keep the device and accessories out of reach of small children.
• Data Backup: Back up personal data before software upgrades.
• System Modifications: Unauthorized system modifications (rooting, cracking) may lead to security risks. OnePlus is not responsible for issues arising from such modifications.
• Privacy: Refer to the OnePlus official website for the privacy policy.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

This symbol (♻️) indicates that the product and its battery must be disposed of separately from household waste according to local laws. Recycle responsibly to protect human health and the environment. Contact local authorities or retailers for disposal guidance.

EU Regulatory Conformance

OnePlus Device Warranty Information

OnePlus devices purchased through authorized channels come with a limited warranty, valid in the country/region of purchase. This warranty covers hardware components but generally excludes software, consumables, or accessories.

The Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Accidents, misuse, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquids/moisture/dirt.
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) unless caused by OnePlus.
• Damage from excessive force or metallic objects on the touchscreen.
• Devices with removed or altered serial/IMEI numbers.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Use with non-OnePlus accessories or unauthorized parts.
• Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or adjustment.
• External causes (fire, flood, storm, theft, power issues, etc.).
• Signal reception/transmission issues, viruses, or third-party software problems.
• Replacements/repairs are only valid in the country/region of purchase.
