Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE. For Household use only.

General Precautions:

  • Use the robot according to this User Manual. The company is not liable for damages or injuries from improper use.
  • Do not allow the robot to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children. Do not allow children to sit on the vacuum.
  • Clear the area to be cleaned. Remove power cords and small objects that could entangle the robot. Tuck rug fringe under the rug base and lift items like curtains and tablecloths off the floor.
  • If there is a drop-off, ensure the robot can detect steps or place a physical barrier at the edge to prevent falling. Ensure the barrier is not a trip hazard.
  • Use only the robot as described and with manufacturer-recommended attachments.
  • Ensure your power supply voltage matches the voltage marked on the Docking Station.
  • Do not handle or plug in the appliance with wet hands.
  • Non-rechargeable batteries are prohibited.
  • Do not use without the dust bin and/or filters in place.
  • Do not operate in areas with lit candles or fragile objects.
  • Do not use or store in extreme temperatures (below -5°C/23°F or above 40°C/104°F). Charge between 0°C/32°F and 40°C/104°F. Improper charging may damage the battery and increase fire risk.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and body parts away from openings and moving parts.
  • Do not operate in a room where an infant or child is sleeping.
  • For INDOOR use ONLY. Do not use in outdoor, commercial, or industrial environments. Do not use on wet surfaces or surfaces with standing water.
  • Do not allow the robot to pick up large objects like stones, large pieces of paper, or items that may clog the robot.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible materials (e.g., gasoline, toner) or in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not use to pick up anything burning or smoking (e.g., cigarettes, hot ashes).
  • Do not insert objects into openings. Keep openings free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
  • Take care not to damage the power cord. Do not pull or carry by the cord, use it as a handle, close a door on it, or pull it around sharp edges. Do not run over the power cord. Keep it away from hot surfaces. Unplug by grasping the plug, not the cord.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or service agent.
  • Do not use the Docking Station if it is damaged.
  • Do not use the robot or Docking Station if it is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or contacted water. It must be repaired by the manufacturer or service agent.
  • Turn OFF the power switch before cleaning or maintaining the robot. Turn off all controls.
  • The plug must be removed from the receptacle before cleaning or maintaining the Docking Station.
  • Remove the robot from the Docking Station and turn OFF the power switch before removing the battery for disposal.
  • The battery must be removed and discarded according to local laws and regulations.
  • Dispose of used batteries according to local laws and regulations.
  • Do not incinerate the robot, even if severely damaged, as batteries can explode in a fire.
  • When not using the Docking Station for a long period, unplug it.
  • Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is OFF before connecting the battery pack, picking up, or carrying the appliance.
  • When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects (paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws) that could short terminals, causing burns or fire.
  • Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery. Avoid contact. If contact occurs, flush with water. If it contacts eyes, seek medical help.
  • Do not use a damaged or modified battery pack. It may exhibit unpredictable behavior leading to fire, explosion, or injury.
  • Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature (above 130°C/265°F), as this may cause an explosion.
  • Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
  • Do not modify or attempt to repair the robot or battery pack, except as indicated in instructions.
  • Do not operate the robot in a room with lit candles on furniture that the vacuum might hit or bump into.
  • Recharge only with the specified charger. Using a charger for one battery type with another may pose a fire risk.
  • Use the robot only with specifically designated battery packs. Other battery packs may pose a risk of injury and fire.
  • The robot contains batteries replaceable only by skilled persons. Contact Customer Service to replace the battery.
  • If the robot will not be used for a long time, fully charge it, power it OFF, and unplug the Docking Station.
  • Remove fragile and miscellaneous items from the floor (vases, plastic bags, etc.) to prevent obstruction or damage to valuable items.
