Software & Solutions
BenQ Proprietary Whiteboard: EZWrite 6
EZWrite 6 enhances collaboration with features like OCR (Optical Character Recognition), text-to-speech, and multilingual translation. EZWrite files are editable on PC EZWrite apps, allowing for pre-session content preparation.
Wireless Screen Sharing: InstaShare 2
InstaShare 2 enables simultaneous mirroring of multiple device screens to the BenQ Board, facilitating easy sharing of ideas and answers from individual seats. The maximum resolution for shared screens is Full HD, and latency may occur depending on OS and network conditions.
Annotation Tool: Floating Tool
The Floating Tool allows users to write annotations directly over any content displayed on the BenQ Board, including apps, websites, educational materials, images, and videos.
Account Management & IT Solutions
AMS (Account Management System): Synchronizes user settings, including wallpaper and app configurations, across devices. Switching AMS accounts instantly customizes the BenQ Board to the user's environment, including app login states. Supports integration with Azure Active Directory.
IAM (ID & Access Management): Enables administrators to manage AMS accounts in bulk and set permissions via a browser interface.
DMS Cloud (Device Management Solution Cloud): Provides remote management capabilities for BenQ Boards, including status monitoring, bulk firmware updates, app installation control, and hiding Google Play Store access. It also offers usage analysis for device operation planning.
Broadcast System: X-Sign Broadcast
X-Sign Broadcast allows for browser-based distribution of messages and images to multiple BenQ Boards simultaneously. It is useful for disseminating event information, emergency routes, or even live broadcasts, including integration with YouTube Live.
ClassroomCare® Technology
BenQ's ClassroomCare® technology focuses on creating a healthier and more comfortable learning and working environment.
- Air Quality Sensor: Monitors temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration, and PM2.5 levels.
- Negative Ion Generator: Helps improve air quality.
- Antibacterial Features: Includes antibacterial glass, pen, remote, and front buttons/ports to reduce germ transmission.
- Eye Care: Features Eyesafe® certified blue light reduction, anti-glare coating to minimize screen reflections, and flicker-free technology to prevent eye strain.
Warranty
A 3-year warranty with unit replacement is provided. The Standard Set includes services such as delivery, unpacking, stand assembly, display installation, and packaging material removal (within Japan, excluding some remote islands; additional fees may apply for specific conditions).
