Overview

Exploded View Diagram Description

The diagram illustrates the mower's components in an exploded view, showing how they assemble. Key areas include:

Handle Assembly: Features lower (15) and upper handles (17), bail controls (16, 18), and associated cables (12, 13, 14) for engine and drive engagement. Brackets (20, 21) and a cable retainer (19) secure these parts.
Engine and Drive System: The engine unit includes a cover (7) and mounting brackets (5). The transmission assembly (82) is connected to the engine and the rear wheel drive system. This assembly includes gears (76, 77), pulleys (74, 79, 81), and a V-belt (80) for power transmission. A woodruff key (51) and spacer (46) are used in the drive train. A heat reflector decal (107) is also noted.
Deck and Blade Assembly: The main mower deck (1) forms the central chassis. It has front (24) and rear baffles (22). A blade adapter (23) holds the mulching blade (8). Height adjustment mechanisms (3, 25) and a trailing shield (42) are integrated.
Wheel Assembly: Front (10) and rear wheels (11), which have gears, are attached via wheel arm assemblies (26, 27, 38). Hub caps (41, 110) cover the wheel fasteners.
