Setup and Use
USB-A Receiver and Batteries
To set up the deskset, open the mouse's battery compartment located underneath. Remove the USB-A receiver and connect it to an available USB port on the computer. It is recommended to avoid using a USB hub. The necessary drivers for the receiver will install automatically.
Insert one AA battery into the mouse's battery compartment. For the keyboard, insert two AAA batteries into its battery compartment. Ensure correct polarity for all battery installations.
Power On/Off
The keyboard can be turned on and off using the switch on its front. The mouse has an on/off switch on its bottom. Both devices will automatically enter standby mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. To wake them up, press any key on the keyboard or any button on the mouse.
Pairing
Once the keyboard and mouse are powered on and the USB receiver is installed on the computer, pairing should occur automatically.
If pairing fails or if the connection is lost, the devices must be re-paired with the USB receiver.
Manual Pairing Method (Mouse)
- Turn the mouse off, then on, using the switch on its bottom.
- Disconnect the USB receiver from the computer.
- Press and hold the scroll wheel button and the right mouse button simultaneously for 3 seconds. The LED indicator on the bottom of the mouse will light up red.
- Reconnect the USB receiver to the computer.
- Keep the mouse within 1 meter of the receiver during pairing. The LED under the mouse will light up when connected.
Manual Pairing Method (Keyboard)
- Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
- Disconnect the USB receiver from the computer.
- Press and hold the "Esc" and "K" keys simultaneously on the keyboard for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash red.
- Connect the USB receiver to an available USB port on the computer.
- Keep the keyboard within 1 meter of the receiver. Pairing will occur automatically.
LED Indicators
The LED indicator on the keyboard flashes during the pairing process and when the battery status is low. The indicators correspond to:
- Num Lock
- Caps Lock
- Scroll Lock
Changing Mouse Sensitivity
The mouse sensitivity (DPI) can be adjusted by pressing the button located in the middle of the mouse. Press this button multiple times to cycle through the available resolutions: 1,000, 1,400, and 1,800 DPI.
