Frame Features
The frame features the following:
- 1. 10.1" IPS Touch Screen: The primary display and input interface.
- 2. Power Button: Used to turn the device on/off.
- 3. Wall Mount Hole: Allows for mounting the frame on a wall.

- 5. Security Lock Slot: For attaching a security cable.

Setup and Operation
Installing the Stand
Attach the included stand to the designated port on the back of the frame. The frame also has a wall mount hole on the back for alternative mounting.
Step 1: Power On
Connect the power cable to the frame and plug the power adapter into a wall socket. The frame will power on automatically.
Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi
Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password if prompted. Note: The Classic 10 supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. If your network is not listed, move the frame closer to your router.
Step 3: Download the OurPhoto App
Download and install the "OurPhoto" app on your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 4: Log In to Your Account
Open the OurPhoto app. Select "Sign Up" and fill in the required information, or log in if you already have an account. Verify your email address by clicking the arrow icon; a verification code will be sent. Enter the code to complete registration.
Step 5: Bind Your Frame
Ensure you are logged into the OurPhoto app. Select "Devices", then click the "+" next to "My Devices". Enter the Frame ID (found in Settings → Device Info). Create a Device Name for easy identification (e.g., Frame123456). Create a unique email account for your frame (e.g., frame123456@ourphoto.cn) to receive photos via email.
Click "Bind". Confirm the binding request on your frame via Settings → User Management → Pending User Request → Accept. Your account is now bound to your frame.
Step 6: Upload Photos
- Via App: Follow the app's instructions to upload photos and videos from your device or take new ones.
- Via Email: Send photos directly to your frame's registered email account.
- Via USB Drive/SD Card: (Implied functionality for loading media).
Step 7: Invite Friends to Upload Photos
- Via App: Invite friends to download the OurPhoto app, log in, and bind their accounts to your frame. They can then upload photos via the app.
- Via Email: Instruct friends to bind their email account to your frame. They can then send photos by emailing your frame's account with a subject line like "bd + Frame ID" (e.g., "bd123456").
