Welcome to Dragon Touch!
Dragon Touch digital frame is designed to collect & display thousands of your photos privately and safely. It's easy to get connected with all your loved ones around the world. This manual will provide details you need to set up your frame, invite families and friends to share photos with your new Dragon Touch frame. Let's get started!

The Dragon Touch Classic 10 features:

Getting Started
1. Install the stand
Insert the bracket into the bracket hole on the back of the frame. You can place the frame in landscape or portrait orientation. The frame can also be mounted on the wall using the Wall Mount Hole.
2. Power on
Connect the Power Cable to your frame and plug the Power Adapter into the wall socket. The frame will enter the system in seconds.
3. Plug in your frame
Connect the power socket to the back of the photo frame and plug it into a power source. The frame will power on in seconds. You can place the frame in landscape or portrait mode.
4. Initial Settings
When you enter the system for the first time, you will go through several initial settings including Language, Wifi, Nickname, City, Timezone, etc.
5. Connect to Wifi
You can connect to Wifi during the initial settings or via the Wifi setting. Tap the Settings icon, locate Wifi, and tap to connect. Select your Wifi network and enter the password. If your network is not listed, move the frame closer to your router and check again.
Note:
- The photo frame supports 2.4 GHz Wifi networks.
- A private Wifi network is highly recommended.
Uploading Photos and Videos to the Frame
1. Upload Photos and Videos Via VPHOTO App
1.1 Download the Vphoto App
Download and install the Vphoto app from the App Store or Google Play by searching for "Vphoto". Alternatively, scan the provided QR code.
1.2 Create an Account
Open the Vphoto app and set up your user name and profile photo.
1.3 Pair Your Frame with the App
After account setup, enter the connection code or scan the QR code of your frame. A "Bind success" message confirms successful linking.
Note:
- The Connection code is a 9-digit serial number unique to your frame, found in the frame's settings under "My Frame".
- The Connection code and QR code refresh every 12 hours.
- Your frame must be connected to Wifi to view the connection code and QR code.
1.4 Upload Photos and Videos to Your Frame
After pairing, you can upload photos and videos in two ways:
(1) Upload from your phone's album:
Select photos/videos from your phone's album, tap "Next", choose the frame, and tap the arrow icon to send. Captions can be added before uploading by tapping the photo.
(2) Upload new photos or videos:
Tap the camera icon to take new photos/videos, select the frame, and tap the arrow icon to send. The frame will receive them in seconds.
Note:
- Each video clip is limited to 200 MB.
- Videos can only be uploaded individually.
- If photos/videos are not received, reboot the product or check the Wifi network.
1.5 Invite Your Families & Friends to Connect to Your Frame
Your families and friends can share moments by downloading the Vphoto app, setting up their account, and using your frame's connection code.
Ways to share your connection code:
- Take a screenshot of the connection code and share it.
- Open your Vphoto App, tap the icon in the upper left corner, select "Connected Frame", choose the frame, tap the Share icon to get the QR code and Connection code, then send it to your families or friends.
Note:
- The Connection code is a 9-digit serial number unique to your frame, found in the frame's settings under "My Frame".
- The Connection code and QR code refresh every 12 hours.
- Your frame must be connected to Wifi to view the connection code and QR code.
2. Upload Photos and Videos Via Email
2.1 Connect Your Email Address to the Frame
On the settings screen, tap "+" in "User Management" to add email addresses. You will receive an email confirming the binding request and instructions for sending photos/videos.
2.2 Upload Photos and Videos to Your Frame
After adding your email address, you can email photos and videos to the frame's mailbox. They will be received within minutes. Each video clip is limited to 200MB.
3. Upload Photos and Videos Via USB Drive / SD Card
Insert a USB drive or SD card into the frame. The frame will notify you upon connection. Navigate to the Photo or Video library, tap USB or SD Card to view files. Tap the More icon (⋮), select desired photos/videos, tap the Copy icon, and confirm to import them to the internal storage.
Note:
- Supports a maximum 32GB SD Card.
- Remove external devices when resetting the frame.
- Large numbers of files may increase reading time.
- Not all models support external drives.
- USB drive or SD Card supports FAT32 format only.
Upload Music Via USB Drive/SD Card
Insert a USB drive or SD card into the frame. Navigate to the Music library, tap USB or SD card to view music files. Tap the More icon (⋮), select desired music, tap the Copy icon, and confirm to import them to the internal storage.
Key Features
1. Picture Slideshow
Access the photo library by tapping any photo on the Homepage. Options include All, Internal Storage, TF Card, USB, Folder, Favorites, and user lists. You can select photos from Internal Storage to start a slideshow.
- All: Includes photos from internal storage and external devices.
- Internal Storage: Photos sent via app, email, or copied from external devices.
- TF Card/USB: Displays photos from external drives. To add pictures to Internal Storage from TF Card/USB, tap the More icon (⋮), select photos, tap "⋮" and "OK".
- Folder: Allows creation and naming of folders. Only pictures in Internal Storage can be added.
During a slideshow, touch the screen to access tools like Rotate, Full screen display, Pause, Delete, Zoom in, Settings, Information, Add to favorites, and Split screen display. Tap "✪" to add a picture to Favorites and set multi-display options. You can adjust transition effects and intervals, and pause the slideshow.
2. Video Slideshow
Tap "Video" on the Homepage to enter the video library and select a video to play. Videos shared from the app and email will appear here.
Multiple Functions
Music
Tap "Music" on the Homepage to enter the music library and select music to play.
Weather Forecast
Select "Weather" on the homepage to view a three-day forecast. Supports both Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F). Tap "+" to add cities for weather updates.
Clock
Choose "Clock" to select and display your preferred clock skin. Double-click the screen after entering the clock interface.
Alarm
Select "Alarm" to set up alarm clocks. Tap "Add" for a new alarm and "Edit" to adjust or delete existing alarms.
General Settings
My Frame
- Displays your frame's connection code and user management.
- Connection code and QR code refresh every 12 hours or can be refreshed manually.
- Nickname your frame by tapping the frame name in the upper right corner.
- Add email addresses in "User Management" to send photos/videos via email.
- "Users" allows management of connected accounts: view photos, remark names, delete users, or delete users and photos.
Album Settings
- Brightness: Adjust screen brightness.
- Sound: Adjust media volume.
- Touch Sounds: Enable or disable touch sounds.
- Assistive Touch: Enable a quick navigation key for Homepage and volume adjustment.
- Language: Set system language (English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, русский, 日本語, 简体中文).
- Slideshow: Set the frame to automatically display photos after a period of inactivity.
- Slideshow Mode: Choose between Sequential or Random display.
- Sort by: Sort pictures by time or name.
- Caption: Enable to display written captions on photos.
- Date and Time: Set date, time, and time zone.
- Sleep: Set Auto-On/Off times for the display.
- Auto-rotate Screen: Enable to automatically adjust picture orientation in portrait and landscape modes.
- Notification Sounds: Enable or disable notification sounds for new messages.
Wifi
Select the Wifi network for your frame to connect to.
Factory data reset
Reset your frame by choosing to "Delete all users and restore the device to inactive" or reset only device files while keeping bound users. Tap OK to confirm.
Help
Provides a simple guide for sharing pictures.
About
Check your frame's version, frame ID, and serial number for troubleshooting assistance.

Troubleshooting
- Does the frame have to be plugged in all the time? Yes, the frame needs to be plugged into a DC outlet continuously.
- Why can't this frame connect to Wifi? Ensure you are using a 2.4 GHz network, select the correct network, and enter the password accurately. If the network is not listed, restart the frame or move it closer to the router.
- Does this frame need to connect to Wifi to work? Wifi is needed for setup, receiving photos/videos, user requests, and software updates. The frame can play photos/videos without a Wifi connection otherwise.
- Why is there no sound? Check if the volume is at 0 or if the player is muted.
- Can I share photos and videos? Yes, you can share both photos and videos (up to 200MB).
- Can I cycle pictures and videos together? No, photos and videos can only be played separately.
- Can this frame automatically turn on/off? Yes, use the Sleep setting to schedule auto on/off times.
- Why are there no files after sharing to the cloud server? Check if the upload process has completed.
- Why can't this frame play the file? Confirm that the file format is compatible with the frame.
- Can I change image transitions and display speed? Yes, speed can be adjusted in the bottom column during picture display.
