Cybex Stroller Safety Warnings and Instructions

General Warnings

• Failure to follow warnings and instructions may result in serious injury or death.
• Always keep the owner's manual and labels for future reference.
• Adult assembly is required. Follow all instructions carefully. Incorrect use may damage the stroller.
• Never leave a child unattended.
• Always keep the child in view while in or around the stroller.
• Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out by always using the complete five-point safety harness.
• Adjust belts for a snug fit around your child after fastening buckles.
• A child may slip into leg openings and strangle. Never use in a reclined position unless the child is secured in a 5-point harness system.
• The brake must be locked when placing or removing a child from the stroller, and when parked.
• Avoid finger entrapment. Take extra care and keep children clear of the stroller when folding and unfolding. Ensure the stroller is fully opened and locked before allowing children near it.
• An audible “click” should be heard to confirm all locks are properly engaged.
• Do not use this stroller with a child weighing more than 25 kg (55 lbs) or with a child height greater than 104 cm (41 inches), as this will cause excessive wear and stress on the stroller.
• This stroller is intended for use with one child only.
• Maximum weight for the storage basket is 5 kg (11 lbs).
• To prevent a hazardous, unstable condition, never place purses, shopping bags, parcels, or accessory items on the canopy or handle.
• Do not carry additional children, goods, or accessories in or on this stroller, as they may cause instability, tipping, or breakage.
• Do not attempt to attach any infant car seat other than CYBEX infant car seats or seats approved by CYBEX.
• Do not lift the stroller with a child in it.
• Never use the stroller on stairs or escalators, as you may suddenly lose control or the child may fall out.
• Drive carefully over curbs and gravel roads, as repeated impact will damage the stroller.
• This stroller is intended for use at walking speed only. It is not intended for jogging, running, skating, etc.
• Do not leave the stroller in direct sunlight to avoid potential fading.
• Never allow the stroller to be used as a toy.
• Discontinue use if the stroller becomes damaged or broken.
• Do not use accessories, spare parts, or components not supplied or approved by CYBEX, as they may make the stroller unsafe.
• Always use the most reclined position for newborns.

Maintenance and Cleaning

• The user is responsible for the regular maintenance of the stroller.
• Ensure all moving parts and mechanisms are treated regularly with dry lubricant. After treatment, wipe the product with a soft cloth.
• Clean the frame with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Wipe away excess water with a dry cloth.
• Ensure brakes, wheels, and tires are not impaired during use. Inspect and clean them regularly and repair or replace if necessary.
• If the stroller is exposed to salt water, rinse the frame with clean fresh water as soon as possible afterwards.
• Always check the fabric care label before washing. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Do not expose to direct sunlight when drying.
• If the stroller is wet, leave it unfolded and allow all parts to dry completely to prevent mold. Never store in a damp environment.
• A rain cover is recommended in wet weather.
• Do not make any modifications to the product. If you have complaints or problems, contact your supplier or importer.
• Service should be scheduled every 24 months.

Warranty

• The warranty applies solely in the country where the product was initially sold by a retailer to a customer.
• The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects existing or appearing at the date of purchase or within two (2) years from the date of purchase from the retailer who initially sold the product. Check the product for completeness and defects immediately upon purchase or receipt. Always keep your dated proof of purchase.
• In case of a defect, stop using the product immediately. To obtain warranty service, take or ship the product, clean and complete, to the original retailer along with the original proof of purchase. Do not ship directly to the manufacturer.
• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, environmental influence (water, fire, accidents), normal wear and tear, or failure to comply with the user manual instructions. It also does not apply if unauthorized modifications or services were performed, or if non-original components and accessories were used.
• This warranty does not affect any statutory consumer rights, including claims in tort and breach of contract, which the buyer may have against the seller or manufacturer. The warranty is not transferable to anyone other than the original purchaser.

Disposal

• To protect the environment, dispose of your product properly according to your local waste management regulations.
