Application Scenarios

Wi-Fi devices, such as smartphones, tablet computers, and game consoles, or computers can access the Internet through the Mobile WiFi. The specific connection procedure depends on the operating system of the Wi-Fi device or computer. Establish a connection according to your device's specific instructions.

Connection Scenarios

Scenario 1: Accessing the Internet Using an LTE, 3G, or 2G Network

The Mobile WiFi uses your operator's LTE, 3G, or 2G network to access the Internet.

Charging the Battery

The device has a built-in, non-removable battery. Do not attempt to remove it; contact an authorized service center for replacement.

If the Mobile WiFi has not been used for a long time or the battery is depleted, charge it before powering on.

Method 1: Use the charger

Note: Only use chargers compatible with the Mobile WiFi and provided by a designated manufacturer. Incompatible chargers may cause malfunction, failure, or fire, voiding warranties.

The charger model is typically HW-050200XYW (X and Y vary by region). Contact an authorized dealer for specific model details.

Charging Other Devices Using a USB Cable

The Mobile WiFi can act as a portable power supply (rated output: 5 V, 2 A) for other devices like phones, tablets, and music players. Connect them using a USB cable. Charging is generally not affected by the Mobile WiFi's power status, though some devices may only charge when the Mobile WiFi is on.

Note: Do not connect both connectors of a data cable to the Mobile WiFi. If the device overheats or its battery is low, it will stop charging other devices.

Note: Press and hold the [power button] to turn off the Mobile WiFi. For a forced restart, press and hold the [power button] for 14 seconds.

Verifying the PIN

If network parameters are correct but you cannot access the Internet after powering on, PIN verification may be enabled. Log in to the web management page and enter the PIN when prompted. To disable PIN verification, use the web management page. The PIN/PUK is delivered with your SIM card; contact your service provider for details.

Battery Saving Mode

When inactive, the Mobile WiFi enters standby mode, turning off the display. Pressing any button wakes the screen. When powered by battery, you can enable or disable automatic Wi-Fi turnoff. If enabled, Wi-Fi turns off automatically if no devices connect for a period, and can be reactivated by pressing any button.

Connecting to the Internet

Using an LTE, 3G, or 2G Network

The Mobile WiFi's management parameters are preset according to your operator's requirements. It automatically connects to the Internet for data transmission and disconnects if no data is transmitted for a period.

Note: You can enable or disable automatic dialing while roaming via the web management page. If disabled, roaming connections will disconnect automatically.

Using Ethernet (WAN)

  1. Use a network cable to connect the Mobile WiFi to the router.
