Attention and Precautions

Care must be taken when handling various pieces of your building, as many contain sharp edges.

Do not attempt to assemble your building before double-checking that you have all parts indicated in the parts lists. Any building left partially assembled may be seriously damaged by even light winds.

Do not attempt to assemble your building on a windy day. Large panels can catch the wind like a "sail", making construction difficult and unsafe. Watch the weather closely.

Keep children and pets away from the worksite during construction and until the building is completely assembled. This will help avoid distractions and any accidents which may occur.

Never concentrate your weight on the roof of the building.

Before assembling any parts, your base should be constructed and an anchoring system should be ready to use. Your building must be anchored to prevent wind damage.

Assembly Recommendations

The best location is a level area with good drainage.

Allow enough space outside the building to be able to access the roof with a ladder.

USE TEAMWORK: Two or more people are required to assemble your building.

Care & Maintenance

Do not use power washing to clean your shed.

Combustibles and corrosives must be stored in air-tight containers designed for chemical and/or combustible storage.

Rust Protection Precautions

Avoid nicking or scraping the coating surface, inside and out.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Shed Base Assembly

Assemble the shed base frame. Connect two C23-1 parts and two C23-2 parts using T-F connectors. Secure these connections with F1 screws (24 total).

Step 2: Side Panel Assembly

Assemble the main vertical side panels. Attach four W3-CB parts to the base frame using F1 screws (4 total). This forms the initial upright structure.

Step 3: Connecting Vertical Panels

Connect the vertical panels to form the main body of the shed. Use two C23-3 parts and two C23-4 parts. Secure these connections with F1 screws (20 total) and C2 connectors (4 total).

Step 4: Adding Structural Supports

Reinforce the structure by attaching two W3-B parts and two W3-CB parts to the frame using F1 screws (4 total). Additionally, attach two W3-B1 parts and two C23-5 parts using F2 screws (8 total).

Step 5: Further Reinforcement

Continue reinforcing the shed structure. Attach one W3-B part and two W3-B1 parts along with two C23-5 parts. Secure these using F1 screws (14 total) and F2 screws (4 total).

Step 6: Internal Bracing/Supports

Install internal bracing or supports. Attach two C23-UA parts using F1 screws (8 total) and F2 screws (2 total).

Step 7: Top Panel (Roof) Assembly

Assemble the roof structure. Attach two C23-6 parts, one C23-7 part, and four GC connectors. Secure these components using F1 screws (18 total) and V2 screws (18 total).

Step 8: Door Assembly (Left and Right)

Assemble the left (DL) and right (DR) doors. This involves constructing the door frames using parts W3-HC, C23-DBA, C23-DA, C23-DLA, and C23-DDA. Secure these panels with F1 screws (9 total for DL, 9 total for DR).

Step 9: Attaching Doors

Attach the assembled doors to the shed. The doors are secured using DH fasteners (4 total) and F3 fasteners (16 total for both doors).

Step 10: Shelf Supports Installation

Install the shelf support system. Attach eight C13 parts, one C14 part, four CT connectors, and four F8 fasteners. The C13 parts serve as adjustable measuring board supports. They should be snapped onto the C23-UA and C23-5 components, ensuring consistent height on both sides before placing shelves on them.

Step 11: Base Frame Attachment

Attach the T12 part to the C23-1 part. This is part of the base frame assembly.

Step 12: Final Securing Points

Attach the C23-10 part using F1 screws (6 total). These may be final securing points for panels or the door mechanism.

Step 13: Shelf Installation

Install the shelves. Attach six C23-9 parts and six C23-8 parts using F1 screws (24 total). These form the shelves inside the shed.

Step 14: Final Touches

Attach two GB parts using F1 screws (4 total). These might be for door handles or final panel securing.
