Installing Stop Lite in Clamp Without a Terminal Tab on Stainless Steel Guide

1. Drill out rivet in stainless steel guide in negative clamp.
2. Reinstall stainless steel guide using the terminal tab, nylon insulating bushing, screw, and nut supplied with the Stop Lite, in the sequence illustrated below.

Note: If the stainless steel guide or copper jaw is damaged, both should be replaced with a 6204 Clamp Jaw Repair Kit.

3. Attach the female faston on the Stop Lite to the terminal tab in the clamp jaw.
4. Install the Stop Lite into the clamp handle and crimp the tabs around the Stop Lite.

Installing Stop Lite in Clamp With Terminal Tab or Stainless Steel Guide

1. Attach the female faston on the Stop Lite to the terminal tab on the stainless steel guide in the negative clamp.
2. Install the Stop Lite into the clamp handle and crimp the tabs around the Stop Lite.
