Important Considerations
Commercial Use: For commercial use, rental, or leasing, please be aware that it may place a higher load on the vehicle. Riese & Müller reserves the right not to assume liability for material defects arising from commercial use exceeding the product's lifespan (16,500 km) within the legal warranty period. Proof of maintenance inspections is required for warranty claims.
Passenger and Cargo Transport: Generally, Riese & Müller E-Bikes are homologated for a single rider. Cargo-Bikes with appropriate seating or child seats are an exception. Always adhere to national legislation and authorized total weight limits.
First Use: Ensure your E-Bike has been properly set up by an authorized dealer before your first ride. Familiarize yourself with the bike's handling, braking, and cornering characteristics in a safe, off-road environment.
Cargo-Bike Safety: When riding a Cargo-Bike, be mindful of its width and potential pinch points. Maintain a safe distance from people and obstacles.
